Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House (Oshawa - Laval Dr)

Ate there is morning, they sat us at a dirty table, should have left then! The food was barely ok, the soup was horrible, cold and had to ask for crackers. The service was terrible, couldn’t even get a coffee refill. Charged for a pop with kids meal that was supposed to be included. Never go there again!

I would give a zero review, treats the employees like garbage, no breaks and takes their tips. Absolute garbage business man, this is the owner In Aylmer he owns DQ In Aylmer also.

I’m putting a review of their business online. This is what I said; Busyness may soon end your business. I was humiliated being asked to leave and make room for other people after our group had eaten our meals and coffee’s spending over $70 and were visiting just over an hour and 20 minutes. This does not have the appearance of a fast food establishment. A table cleaner asked our party to leave the restaurant and though we were winding up this unpleasant experience will not entice me back. If the demand for our table was so urgent a manager should’ve offered our table a certificate towards our next visit, if they had wanted to accommodate a lineup. However it was put upon a table cleaning attendant to ask us to leave. Your lack in Business etiquette could end your busyness. I will not recommend your business

Went there with 3 friends at 12 noon on a Sunday with no reservations. Place was packed but they said about a 15-20 minute wait. They were pretty true to their word. Waitress was quick to approach us (sorry I didn't get her name). Ordered our food and did not wait long at all for our food to be ready. Food was phenomenal! Each of us ordered different things and there was not one complaint. Highly recommend.

Service was fast and the staff were friendly! Food was excellent!! Didn’t have to wait for a table but started to get really busy with long wait times after 30 mins of sitting

Our utensils were dirty. Server brought us new ones but they were also dirty. They had food and finger prints on them. When we complained the owner blamed his staff and said he would give them an extra 5 mins to make sure they are clean. He didn’t seem to really care. It was a terrible experience. I was sick for 2 days from eating there. I won’t go back. This was at the saint john, Lancaster location.

Delicious food and nice restaurant. Lots of seating! Sooo many vegetarian options, I'm not used to having so many options. I went with a crepe that had hollandaise and it was fantastic. Delicious home fries too (which is very important to me :D)

They need to look for a picture of what an omelette looks like. Never been to Stacked before but the meat lovers omelette was crudely made. The pieces of meat were not evenly distributed and cut too big. They melted cheddar cheese all over the place instead of putting it in as a filling, and the eggs were more like scrambled instead of a clearly folded omelette. It looks like it was made by someone that didn't know what they were doing.
