This is the best starbucks in the city. Everyone here is polite, professional, and always warm & welcoming, and their store seems clean and in prime condition 24/7. For some reason I dunno why, their breakfast tastes better than any Starbucks I been to! I believe all Starbucks can learn from the management and staff from this particular location, best team! If they can get raises, give it to them 👍keep up the outstanding work!!! You guys rock!

I went there with my family today. My 2-year-old son was tired and needed to walk for a bit, and since it was cold outside, we decided to go somewhere covered. We went there and I used the washroom. When we were about to leave, one of the employees (a male employee) told us, “The washroom is only for customers. Next time don’t use it!” He said it very rudely. It was really disrespectful and unprofessional.

I went into this location today (Sunday 19th 2025) just before noon. I’ll admit it’s usually busy on Sunday's because it’s a spot for the “gotta get up and go out” type of people starting their day.

Moreover, I go to the counter and ask for a Chai Latte with 1 Pump of pumpkin, no coffee in it. The guy at the cashier says “That’s not a latte it’s a Crème). I tell him no, it’s not. He responds with “Speak louder”. Before I could even respond he punched in my order and basically shooed me off. The customer service level and patience is below 1 to 0. I asked for a Sourdough Grilled cheese and he said “No. We don’t have it.” And so I knew it was just because they didn’t want to make it.
I checked Uber Eats because I usually order my Starbucks on the app, and there it was, grilled cheese sourdough.

I don’t recommend this location. If you can’t handle being nice and communicative and still make orders while a rush comes through, you shouldn’t be in the front.

I visited this Starbucks a couple of weeks ago in the morning and witnessed an unfortunate interaction involving a staff member named Gracyn. She seemed visibly frustrated and spoke to both a coworker and a customer in a dismissive, unprofessional way. The energy behind the counter felt tense and disorganized, and several customers who had ordered earlier were receiving their drinks after others.

My girlfriend and I both felt uncomfortable watching how things unfolded. When a place makes her uneasy, it affects me too — it’s hard to enjoy the experience when the atmosphere feels that off. I hope management can address this and help restore the calm, friendly environment that Starbucks is usually known for.

I visited this Starbucks about two weeks ago in the morning and had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members, Graycn. She appeared frustrated and spoke to both a coworker and a customer in an unprofessional and dismissive way. The atmosphere behind the counter felt disorganized, and customers who ordered earlier were receiving their drinks after others. It was uncomfortable to witness, and I felt the tone and attitude were not what I’d expect from Starbucks service. I hope management can address this and ensure better teamwork and customer experience moving forward.

i’ve been going to this starbucks for about two times a month and it was going well until it wasn’t. the service from adrianna the cashier taking my order was unprofessional and rude. My uncle came in before me and order two drinks as well as a couple food items, i proceeded to come in about 5 minutes later and asked said cashier if she was able to fill up my own bottle with just water. she told me i had to purchase an item in order to get water, which an other person is able to get for free in a starbucks cup. and she didn’t offer to get me a regular cup either.

a different day i came in i ordered a drink with light ice, which was repeated back to me and was printed on the label of my drink. but as i was watching Adrianna make my drink, she did not put less ice she put more ice than normal. my drink was almost completely filled with ice but i didn’t say anything because its clear every time im here and she’s working that she refused to accommodate to my orders.

the third experience i had with this cashier was when i ordered a drink and asked for it lactose free. she told me “we can’t do that anymore” and instead of giving me alternative lactose free options such as almond or oat milk, she just stared and waited for me to say something else.

I am a through and through starbucks supporter and every other location has been very accessible and accommodating. except this particular place and person. i will not be returning because this service ruined my days there.

MIKE!! The only reason I’m writing is review is because of Mike. I was at this location today and I truly never Come to Starbucks, But I was dying for a cold coffee And I wasn’t sure what I was looking for, so Mike Was serving me and I said I don’t know what I’m looking forward to some sort of blended coffee like an ice cap thing we had it back-and-forth and he helped me and got me exactly what I wanted! I also would just like to say it was busy as hell in there and not only was Mike taking customers at cash. He was also running to the back to get beverages that the other employees were out of like whole milk and lemonade whatever, and when there wasn’t anyone to be checked out, he immediately jumped in to start helping make blended drinks while pulling things out of a toaster that were being warmed up. He ran around there working so hard and he was so nice and he really helped me at the cash, not only with my drink and I just wanted to give a big shout out To Mike for being so awesome and working so hard and making me wanna come back!!!

I visited at this location (575 Laval dr). Two girls was on shift (KRU and AN ).shift time 2:15pm. I ask for one drink but they guys don’t have that but I saw that drink online. When I ask for that drink both girls laughing loudly. This is so so so so disrespectful.
