The chicken sandwich didn't come with any sauce. I didn't know that's how they come and you have to specifically ask for sauces if you want them.

Very rude staffs. They don’t even mind the customers, they won’t greet or smile and give out a very racist attitude. They don’t have a space to sit inside and enjoy the drink

I went through the drive through tonight around 8:25pm and placed my drink order. When I got to the pickup window there was a black lady with short afro hair there. I waited for her to let me tap to pay but minutes went by and she didn't even turn her head towards me to acknowledge my presence at the window. While waiting to pay for my pumpkin Chai I observed a male barista scratching his hair for a while then picking his face, without washing his hands he then proceeded to prepare my order. I wanted to get the lady's attention but she ignored me. So I decided to just drive away without receiving my order. Hate that I had to do that but I'm sure there is training provided regarding cleanliness and hygiene when preparing food. I was having a bad day and wanted a little treat...do better Starbucks ?

There is not enough sitting, and the little that exists is uncomfortable. It's not a place to go and enjoy. Not enough low carb options on the menu.

Stood there in-store for 25 minutes, order was for both food and a drink each for my partner and I. Name was not requested for me, and several other orders in-store (who ordered after us), drive-thru, and mobile order were prioritized whilst several staff members saw and did not question what remaining items my partner and I were waiting on. The fact that the store lead took our orders (my food [a ham and Swiss crossiant]) had been waiting as it was also forgetten as well as my partner's chocolate cold brew for 20 minutes. This experience is one I would not at all recommend, especially since I had to check and ask when my partner's drink and my food would be ready. When asking on about my partner's cold brew, they asked back who it was for, no name had been properly taken. Clearly a lack of client service and communication skills, and we will not be returning here at this location anytime soon.

Choose another Starbucks. Poorly run for mobile orders. I waited over 30 minutes even though people walking in and ordering got their drinks right away. Pretty sad considering they removed the seating and still can’t get their customer service in order.

I order a London Fog when I go to Starbucks and without fail, this location 8/10 times gives me an Earl Grey tea with milk. If the barista can’t remember what things are, they should have recipe cards. This is highly frustrating. Can’t get refunds for wrong drinks on the app after you drive away. Poor service.

The experience I had at this place was very disgusting. There was flies everywhere and all kinds of products are scattered on the on the counters.
The condition of this establishment does not seem to align with the aesthetics of Starbucks image

This Starbucks is not the greatest, people who work here can’t even get the order right, I had a few instances dealing with rude service and I am a regular. Even after repeating my order they still mess it up. It’s one of those locations that makes me wish I bought Tim Hortons.

Nothing special. Your typical Starbucks minus the interior space to chill.

Food is so so, drinks are your typical Starbucks drinks. Each one is a sugar bomb, and appears pricing is slowly creeping. There is also tip options now which there didn’t used to be a few years ago at this location.

Service is positive and the staff is friendly. Times can be a bit slow on making your coffee or juice flavoured sugar drink. Drive through is notoriously slow, so going inside is faster, and mobile ordering is fastest.

Atmosphere used to be better when there was some seating, but in the last year they removed the seating and added standing space only. This ends up with a lot of people standing around and not particularly in one area or another.

Overall, Standard Starbucks experience. Nothing exciting or special. If you like Starbucks, it will probably be fine.

Parking: Parking lot shares it location with several other business, including a Sobeys. Ample amount of parking and lots of spaces.

Kid-friendliness: I would caution parents who want to bring their kids to Starbucks as caffeine is not recommended for children under 12. Period. Please be mindful. Ages 12 to 17 should consume no more than 100mg of caffeine daily. This may impact their development cycles.

when i wasnt sure what i wanted at the drive threw window she didnt clearafy i asked for the summer refresher not knowing there was 3 different kinds and she just put in whatever this is not the drink i wanted and was a waste of money you should really work and this as i am very upset.

I ordered a caramel crunch frap. on Aug.13th. I told them to make it extra sweet, but it tasted really bitter. I told the barista it's bitter. She said that's how it'll taste! I buy it almost every week and I know how it is supposed to taste. She had an attitude on her face and asked if she should remake it! She shouldn't even ask it in the first place! Then she showed it to her coworker and was mocking us, as if we did it on purpose! She remade it and said I made it the same way as the previous one! Seriously? What kind of service is this? I never experienced such rudeness in a Starbucks before! It's tasted the correct way when it was remade! Same issue happened to the lady infront of me in line but she fixed it with a smile! I feel it's a racism issue! Can't believe such things still happen at a multicultural country!!!
