i went to this starbucks and was having an amazing time with my friends, everyone was respectful and having a great time just chatting with us other then this one employee. she was extremely miserable for no reason and extremely disrespectful. first she made our drinks wrong and yes mistakes are made but she made a big deal about it. we were joking around with the employees and this one lady was bossing the other employees around along with us as the costumers and telling us that we were a “public conduct”. she had dirty blonde reddish hair and with multiple face piercings. i always come to this starbucks and have never had an issue with anyone working there and have small conversations with the employees until this lady was working there. her facial expressions really showed how she feels about her job and i was not very happy with my results made by her.

Horrible customer service. I specifically asked twice for iced lattes they gave me hot lattes. I orders 2 cookies which they didn’t give me. When I asked an employee if they could grab them he rolled his eyes and said just a minute. Then my husband to get back in line to get the cookies which were on top of the counter and after a 5 minute wait, it took the cashier another 3 minutes of looking all over for them I already told her where they were. I get you are busy but 25 bucks for 2 lattes and 2 cookies and horrible service?? Then you ask me for a tip. Here is a tip hire more people, staff the days of the week properly or provide better training.

So slow at this location. Can’t wait in drive through, you will wait 25 minutes or more with only 5 cars a head of you. Inside they forget your order and you’re waiting with everyone. People behind you get their entire order and you’re waiting for someone to notice you to ask about yours.

Mobile order for pickup. I get there a few mins AFTER the prescribed pickup time, only to stand in line and wait with everyone else. They seemed to be prioritizing the drive thru window with food orders. I waited 10 mins inside for my sandwiches, while my coffee sat there getting cold. My sandwich was also thrown in the bag and falling apart, with the cheese sticking to the bag.
