If you are expecting your food to be hot all throughout do not come to this location. They do not have the “new oven” causing food to be warm on the outside and cold on the inside & when you mention it to staff, they are completely rude, basically telling you there is nothing they can do about serving you cold food. This location also in general has some of the rudest staff. Please save yourself and go to the other Starbucks locations in oshawa, this is hands down the worse one.

I can get a Starbucks most anywhere but this is my Starbucks of choice. It all comes down to the staff; they’re always genuinely friendly and they’ve taken the time to learn my name and even know what my standard drink order is. It’s THE Starbucks for a beverage on-the-go and all-star baristas.

The 3 stars are for the kind, awesome pink-haired individual who took my order. Other than that-too bad he was constantly being given orders by the individual beside him who was appearing like she/they was super busy. 2:20pm on a Sunday, 3 cars at the drive thru, I was the only individual inside.
This is my first time at this location. Disappointed to see no inside seating especially on a hot summer day like today but- also, just in general. Is Oshawa so unruly that we can't allow people to sit inside?
First and last visit. Oat bar was soggy. Would actually love a credit for that. I always get an oat bar the rare time I visit a Starbucks. This was inedible.

This location consistently delivers a great experience. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and quick with orders, even during busy hours. Whether I’m grabbing my usual coffee or trying something new, the service is excellent, and everything is made just right. It's the perfect place for a fast pick-me-up with excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Staff is nice and friendly. Typical Starbucks menu. Nothing fancy. Good ambience but no sitting space inside. Sitting outside under the scorching sun is a big turn off. Nobody goes to Starbucks just for food. It's about the atmosphere inside and the seating. Must have a dine-in.

Great food and drinks, I always come here. One problem is the orange/blonde hair girl who always has an attitude. I make a simple mistake and she belittles me and argues. Everyone else is lovely but that one needs out of customer service with a temper like that.
