The Filipino man working today at evening needs training in how to address customers who come up to pick up the order. I said hi and she ignored me for 10 mins and for some reason she thought it’s oaky to treat paying customers like that. I have been to other locations and always welcomed and that’s why I come to Starbucks but this person need to rethink and treat all people the same way no matter if it’s white, black or brown like me.

The food/drinks at this location are absolutely amazing, but what I noticed today needs to be addressed. I have a friend who used to work at Starbucks, so I am aware that a closing shift is performed with three closers. What I noticed today, was the manager who denied their fellow partners from getting off the floor to take a drink, while simultaneously leaving them to handle a heap of customers who had to wait ~20 minutes for their orders. I saw some customers even REVERSING out of the drive thru. The poor closers plastered smiles of their faces while seeming incredibly distressed that their manager had left them with the burden of doing THEIR work while dealing with frustrated customers. The way these baristas were being treated today CANNOT go unrecognized and needs to be addressed and investigated by the store owner and the Starbucks corporation.

Whoever is making drinks july 3rd 2pm needs some more training. I watched her pour a cup of half ice and half water into my drink that i brought back to be remade cuz it tasted so watered down. Horrible horrible tasting drinks and watse of 18 dollars

Almost every time I come here I seemed to get the bottom of the coffee from the container. Always only Pike and then they have to add to fill my cup due to the fact not enough coffee to fill my cups. Please pay attention it’s over 3$ to buy a cup of coffee.

I swung by Starbucks today and was blown away by Joshua’s warmth and sincerity. My order was nothing fancy, but he still went out of his way to make sure I was getting the most out of my visit—he offered suggestions, answered all my questions, and had this genuinely caring vibe that’s hard to come by. To top it off, when I tried to leave him a tip for his help, he politely turned it down, saying he just wanted me to enjoy my day. Honestly, that kind of attitude isn’t just great service—it’s downright inspiring. If anyone should be showing others how it’s done, it’s definitely Joshua.

Joshua was excellent; he has superior customer service skills and communication. I cannot stress how well our experience at this location was due to his professionalism. He should be training the other baristas and Starbucks employees nationwide and whatever he’s getting paid, needs to be tripled. Thanks Joshua!

The barista with short blonde hair who was suppossed to ask the uber name and order kept on chitchatting about her life with other customer. Eventhough the uber order was ready, the other staff member had to intervene and tell her to pack the items since I was already waiting there since 5 mins. Sorry to say but what a waste of time and enerygy and I wish the lady was more responsible towards her duties

The staff here are very polite. I have worked out of this Starbucks multiple times. I always had an experience that I cannot complain too much about. At certain times of the day students can take over the place and make it noisy.

There’s a team of four people working there yeah we had to wait for our drinks 415 minutes and then when they finally came, he left them at the window for two minutes the entire time they’re all just laughing and joking. And in case you didn’t know who it was who took their time , it was the overweight dude with earrings.

The worker there named Kyle is absolutely amazing!! He is always so cheerful and sweet and honestly he deserves a raise. I work at the Walk In clinic nearby and it is always a joy to see him at the register knowing I'm going to be greeted so nicely when getting my before shift drink.
