I m giving 5 star because of Zariah ( I m sorry if I spell it wrong) but she was one of the nicest person, love her so much. She was so welcoming and clam. ❤️ I ordered 7 drinks and she made all of them with so much patience and love.

Im disappointed in this sandwich. Especially that early in the morning with no other customers. This is worse than what you'd get from Tim Hortons but of course more money. Do better. I may come back later today to return you're mediocre peice of bread.

Disappointed in this location always takes so long to place and order and recieve, with messing up orders and to not giving the correct lid for my drink with failure to give me a straw. Wont return

I live nearby to this place and its much easier for me to grab my morning coffee sometimes when I am running late for my job. In the meantime I also do Uber eats and often I get orders from this location to be delivered. However, quite few times before and today I have been experiencing somewhat unsettling service as a delivery person which happened today when I went to pickup one of the orders in the evening around 6 pm. When I reached I noticed the order was already ready and just needed to be packed and handed over even then the staff made no communication to me and I noticed it wasn't that busy I still had to wait 20 mins to get the order ready and handed over. I was not greeted at all or asked the details of the order as they knew I was in for pickup however no comments. Many customers who came after me were served right on time and quick but the order that was ready and just needed packing was not resumed. It made me late for my order target and this unpleasant experience made me realize I would not return to this location again to get my coffee.

Wish I could rate this location lower. We ordered a black coffee and speciality drink with two breakfast sandwiches for pick up. The app alerted us the order was ready so we headed inside only to find nothing was completed.
We asked the barista how long the wait was going to be and she said we were next in the cue. She seemed annoyed we asked.
After an additional 20 minutes we watched countless drive thru drinks get completed. Our sandwiches were ready and cold at this point, but they refused to make the drinks.
I was really shocked at the lack of customer service. Will not be returning to this location.
