I swung by Starbucks today and was blown away by Joshua’s warmth and sincerity. My order was nothing fancy, but he still went out of his way to make sure I was getting the most out of my visit—he offered suggestions, answered all my questions, and had this genuinely caring vibe that’s hard to come by.
