My order was nothing fancy, but he still went out of his way to make sure I was getting the most out of my visit—he offered suggestions, answered all my questions, and had this genuinely caring vibe that’s hard to come by. Joshua was excellent; he has superior customer service skills and communication. I cannot stress how well our experience at this location was due to his professionalism. He should be training the other baristas and Starbucks employees nationwide and whatever he’s getting paid, needs to be tripled. Thanks Joshua!

The staff here are very polite. I have worked out of this Starbucks multiple times. I always had an experience that I cannot complain too much about. At certain times of the day students can take over the place and make it noisy.
