They always have long lines for order but the service is nice. There was a lady who recommended me her fav matcha drink and now it’s my go to drink. (Matcha with brown sugar and oat milk based!)
Asked for a cup of water as I was very thirsty and it was a hot day. I was denied and told I could get water after I made a purchase. This is ridiculous, as other establishments provided a cup of water, but not Starbucks.
Used to get really good service here, but today the girl who took my order, her name was Sugh or something with the tattoo sleeve rolled her eyes at me when she was taking my order. Not cute x
They don’t have an option to order drinking water on the app and if we go back after placing order to ask for water , they make us feel embarrassed like we are some freeloaders. This place used to be good before with good staff but off late this is turning out to be a mean coffee shop that sucks.
I shop here regularly (almost daily) and occasionally ask for a cup of hot water to heat up a baby bottle. I've never had any trouble doing this before but today was informed that, starting last week, they no longer provide water without purchase. Stopping here for coffee was a daily routine for us. I won't be going here for coffee anymore.
Sus at the Oshawa centre location is a lovely barista. She was so kind and generous and it made my day. :)

I went to get a strawberry frappe and a cake pop for my little one and was turned straight away at this sight..
This is so unacceptable and just gross.
For an over priced establishment the last you can do is keep it clean.

Tehya is an absolute superstar! My mother has a relatively complicated order, and Tehya nailed it to perfection—the flavor, the heat, everything was exactly as requested. Even during a busy rush, while managing the storefront with just two people, she maintained her calm, pleasant demeanor and delivered exceptional customer service.
As someone who works in customer experience for a large tech conglomerate, I can confidently say her work ethic and attention to detail are truly immaculate. Tehya goes above and beyond, embodying the kind of dedication and professionalism that every organization should aspire to have.

They completely crushed the cake pops with the tongs they used to grab them. The chocolate cake pop dropped off the stick in the bag and I had to put it back on. I spent around 8$ for these two items I’m extremely disappointed

Ordered via mobile on Mon Aug 26 at 2:45 PM and when i got there after being notified it was 'Ready To Go' I waited an extra 15 minutes for my order of 2 drinks just to find out it was STOLEN and that they let someone else take my order as the employee named Emm said it in a way that implied i was a tad too late to get my drinks so it justifies them getting stolen... seriously?!
