i always come to this Starbucks whenever I go to the mall, staff are so nice! My fav thing to get for food is the mini maple pancakes :) they are amazing, so cute and I'm obsessed!!!! I also love the cran-merry orange refresher drink, the sugar cookie cold brew is so good-tastes like an actual sugar cookie :) I wanna try different stuff next time though.

I used to come to this starbucks a lot for a while as I used to come shop at this mall very frequently, but still come once in a while. Anyway, I never once had a bad experience here, the staff have always been very nice and hardworking as everytime I come they are busy than any starbucks I go to. Even if there is a small mistake there's always respect show to them, because I cant imagine how much pressure it is to remember every little detail with some of the drinks. Keep up the good work!

I ask for a cup of ice water, and I’m told I need to buy something to get water so I buy popcorn, then they never give me my water. I go up and ask for water with ice again with my popcorn in hand and they continue to question me and not give me my water for multiple minutes, then I finally get it and there is no ice. I asked where the ice is and they say I didn’t order ice, which I did multiple times and they wouldn’t give me ice.

I was shocked by the complete lack of empathy and professionalism at this location. When I asked for a cup of hot water to prepare baby formula, the female employee, Emily(Em), refused to provide it unless I made a purchase. There was a long line, meaning I would have had to wait unnecessarily for a single cup of water something every other Starbucks and even nearby food court vendors have always provided without hesitation. A male employee was later asked and immediately offered the hot water without issue. This level of inconsistency and disregard for basic compassion is unacceptable for a brand like Starbucks.

I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but what I saw was beyond unacceptable. The staff at this Starbucks seemed completely unconcerned about basic food safety. There were food flies hovering around the pastries on display, which was bad enough, but then I noticed a roach crawling on the coffee machine.
This isn’t just about customer service, it’s about health and hygiene. I was shocked to see such a lack of care in a brand as big as Starbucks. I won’t be returning, and I truly hope management addresses this immediately.

They don’t have an option to order drinking water on the app and if we go back after placing order to ask for water , they make us feel embarrassed like we are some freeloaders. This place used to be good before with good staff but off late this is turning out to be a mean coffee shop that sucks.
