Went to this location today for lunch. One person working at lunch time on a Saturday. Washroom had sign out of order. This has been 'broken' for almost a year. Staff member was very rude, and the ends of her head covering was brushing in subs she was making. We left and went to another location where the service and store were much better

I had a fantastic experience at this Subway location! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it – fresh, delicious, and perfectly put together. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work.
While the washroom situation in the plaza isn’t ideal (totally outside of Subway’s control), it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything else about my visit was outstanding. Clean store, great food, and even better service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

doesn't putt enough topping on the sub to me it semis the people that works there don't put enough topping on and when you ask for more they give a stupid look like they don't know what you are talking about. bring back REAL sandwiches makers
Went here to get some dinner today, and purchased A foot-long sub on white ham, she made the sub wearing gloves and everything and then she touched tomatoes, which I’m highly allergic to, so I asked her to change her gloves which she did with no troubles. When I got back home to eat, I’m quite disappointed. The bun is as hard as a rock on both sides like it’s stale or it’s been sitting around too long. Highly disappointed in the sub being that they are a little on the pricey end. I will never purchase a sub from this establishment again, unfortunately.
They don't accept subway coupons at this location. very disappointing. Also this new nachos your offering takes way too long to make. Not employee's fault either I've seen them make it, there's way too many steps and hold up the line.
The girls are always very friendly when I go in in the evening. Too expensive tho and sometimes could be a little fresher.
They do not accept coupons.
Friendly Staff and Tasty Sandwiches
What a great visit! The staff was warm and welcoming, and they went out of their way to ensure my meal was just how I wanted. The sandwich itself was packed with fresh, flavorful ingredients. I’m definitely a fan of this location!

I had the most pleasant experience at this Subway! The staff greeted me with enthusiasm and helped me select a delicious sandwich. It’s clear they take pride in their work—the veggies were crisp, and the bread was soft. I’ll be coming back for sure!
Just ordered there all they had was flatbread and its falling apart can't even eat it sensible service was good though was hoping to get a gift card my husband was disappointed in his sub as well said itt tasted awful
I was in tonight after a long workday. The young lady working tonight provided great service! She was friendly, smiling and quick! My order was perfectly delicious! Thank you!

I attended to get subs for dinner last thursday 24th
I went 10 minutes before either women behind the counter acknowledge us at "order here". They then began doing just the Uber eats orders instead of tending to the customers that were in the store. No one acknowledge to let us know they were doing other orders. Majority of the vegetables were emptied and did not want to fill them to make our sandwiches and it was only 4 in the afternoon.
It was a very sad experience and I will not be back. Uber eats orders should not take priority when you have customers waiting more than 10 minutes to be acknowledged.

The staff who was working at 10:00 am on Sunday , Sept 8 was incredibly incompetent and rude. The store was empty but she continued to ignore customers and finally I attempted to order a breakfast sandwich and a snackwiche as advertised on the poster in the store and I ordered previously at the Laval drive location and she was asking me footlong and what kind of bread, etc.
I tried pointing at the poster and she still was not understanding… she said it didnt come on bread? Whole thing was frustrating and confusing so my partner and I had to drive to the laval location and they got it first try. I
am unsure if this is a training issue (informing staff about what the restaurant carries) or she just did not want to work or
make
them.
