Shobarana the server was very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a veggie delight and i told her to scoop out the bread as i loke less bread and more veggies in taste and she started saying i can’t put extra and i was like i did not even asked to put extra.

Later she used cheese without asking and i was like i dont want cheese slice on my subway.

I frequently visit subway but haven’t encountered such behaviour ever. That’s what subway is famous for eating healthy and clean. And getting customised subway but she was i have to follow the formula.

Extremely rude and poor customer service.

We had a few bad experiences at this location in the past. Food was just medicore . However, we ordered recently with the buy one get one free footlong deal and did the online order and pickup. Didn't have to talk with anyone and just picked up our food. Food was made perfectly and tasted amazing. Price was definitely right. We will continue to go here now.

This is not the usual subway place I go but I stopped in the plaza and ordered here. The employee- Darshana took our order with a smile and was respectful, she also made the best subway me and my gf ever had. She is an example of how a fast food employee should be considering the recent experiences of people and myself in other places where we were let down. A 10 stars from me and I’ll be coming here from now on for my subway.

Ordered online with app. Told to pick up at certain time. They marked my order as done at the time it was supposed to be but they hadn’t even started my order. No apologies and they weren’t even busy. Second time this happened. I won’t be back.
