I am very disappointed with the service at the Subway located at 2069 Simcoe St N, Oshawa. During my visit around 12:20 PM, I asked for a footlong Veggie Patty but was told they only had one patty left and could only make a 6-inch, which is unacceptable during lunchtime and shows poor stock management. The staff provided no apology or solution, and communication was difficult as the employee appeared to have trouble hearing, requiring me to repeat myself multiple times—an issue I experience every time I visit this location. Overall, the service and behavior are consistently poor, and this Subway fails to meet basic customer service expectations, which is why I am giving it a 1 star rating.

You really need to work on your morning staff — either change them or train them properly on hygiene and customer service. This isn’t my first experience with this particular person, and I don’t judge easily, but it’s been the fifth or sixth time I’ve received poor service. I won’t go into details, but the customer service, behavior, and hygiene were all disappointing. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re absolutely starving. Tried the Peri Peri Chicken footlong sub for the first time at this subway store and it was absolutely delicious.
The lady making the sub did an excellent job. She added the veggies generously and was polite and professional.
Other than that, the store was quite neat and clean with an impressive wall decor.
