The owner and staff where friendly and patient. Accomodated my order and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. They were alsovery friendly.

The new trainee guy was good at customer service. Hopefully he remains like that after completing hus training too. Still needs practice though as the sub was not perfect.

Completely burnt the cookie and served it anyways. We saw the girl go to take it out and the guy said no leave it in, then when they took it out they took it to the opposite side of the counter and the guy said something like I left it in a little longer and trailed off so I didn't hear exactly what he said. I'm pretty sure the guy was the owner and still served garbage. Avoid this location. Waste of money. You dint serve something you've burnt to a crisp.

Had wife gets subway for dinner, asked for them toasted, they were definitely not, subs have a unusual smell and feeling, figured out they served us buns that were not properly defrosted, horrible, ruins the taste and feel of subway, will not be getting food at this location in the future
Store was not clean. Staff didn't know what we were saying. Nor did they know what they even sell. We asked for something and right away we don't sell that. Pointed it out. Nope we don't do it. Had to be told how to make it. Added veggies and sauce we didn't ask for. Bathroom was horrible. We were so unhappy.
