I had an incredible experience at this Subway location—my first time here, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I'm usually the guy who asks for all the vegetables and every sauce, and I've had issues at other locations where they’ve told me, "It's not our policy." Honestly, that kind of response is frustrating, especially when I even offer to pay more. Their excuse of "the sandwich won’t close properly" has always struck me as weak. After all, isn’t closing the sandwich part of their job?
However, this location completely changed my perspective, thanks to an exceptional employee named Jagwinder. Jagwinder is, without a doubt, the best Subway employee I've ever encountered. Not only did he honor my "all sauce" request without hesitation, but he also went above and beyond, enthusiastically layering 2-3 generous lines of each sauce on my footlong tuna sandwich. Not those one liners—he made sure I had the most flavorful sandwich of my life.
Moreover, Jagwinder was incredibly patient with me when my gift card wasn’t working. He didn’t just dismiss me or make me feel like a burden; instead, he kindly offered to help me with the physical promo codes I was holding, which most employees would have shrugged off. His customer service was perfect from start to finish, and I want to commend the manager—seriously, give this guy a raise!
Lastly, since this location is just a minute's walk from my place, I plan to be a regular customer. However, I want to make it clear: if I encounter any excuses from other employees about not giving me all the sauces I ask for, I won’t hesitate to leave a scathing, negative, harsh and down right diabolical review. But for now, I’m genuinely pleased. So, great job, Jagwinder—keep up the fantastic work. I hope the rest of the team and management follow your example in being as patient, kind, and helpful as you. Thank you!

I ordered a foot long suprimo sub here. Come to find out next day I had really bad food poisoning to the point I couldn’t eat anything. I used to love this location years back but now I’m never coming here again.

It’s insane how simple making a sandwich is, and to even have a list of ingredients as instructions and still make a simple order wrong is insane.
Do not order from this restaurant as they simply don’t care about their job, the food, or their customers.

This subway manager is making her own rules and policies."Terrible visit to Subway today! I asked for all sauces on my sandwich, trying to justify their steep prices, but they outright refused. According to them, it’s against policy—absolutely absurd! The staff and the manager were incredibly rude, acting as if they were doing me a favor by even speaking to me. They wasted our time and made us feel completely unwelcome. We left the store without buying anything and incredibly frustrated. Subway really needs to rethink how they handle customers and revise their nonsensical sauce policy if they want to keep any customers at all."

Absolutely appalling experience at Subway today! I simply asked to add all sauces to my sandwich for some semblance of value given their exorbitant prices, but was flatly denied. They claimed it's against the rules—what a joke! The staff and manager were not just unhelpful, but downright rude, as if they were doing me a favor by serving me. They wasted our time and had the nerve to treat us like we were in the wrong the entire time. Ended up walking out with no food and a bad taste in my mouth that had nothing to do with their sauce. Subway needs to seriously reconsider their customer service approach and their ridiculous 'sauces policy' if they have any hope of retaining customers."

A sub and Rice Bowl were so messed up so much that we almost couldn't eat them. Don't come here! One Stop on hand on a Saturday and she messes up everything! (march 9th 2024)

Love it when i get a footlong and they toast it on the 6 inch setting, then don't even let it finish before pulling it out. Cold in the middle subs, mmmmmmh.
Didn’t get what we asked for. The employee was being stubborn and didn’t change the size of sub i spite of asking thrice. I asked for 6” but got the smaller size.

I like to get subs often and don't ever have any issues, but there is one employee who is very hard to understand,and thats ok, but whenever she is asked to repeat what she said, she gets visibly annoyed and then interrupts everytime I'm speaking. She's very rude. I've seen her do this with other customers as well and she was just told by another customer that he will never come back to that location because of her ignorance. Other than dealing with her, the place is great. They give good amounts of toppings.
