I had an incredible experience at this Subway location—my first time here, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I'm usually the guy who asks for all the vegetables and every sauce, and I've had issues at other locations where they’ve told me, "It's not our policy." Honestly, that kind of response is frustrating, especially when I even offer to pay more. Their excuse of "the sandwich won’t close properly" has always struck me as weak....
I like to get subs often and don't ever have any issues, but there is one employee who is very hard to understand,and thats ok, but whenever she is asked to repeat what she said, she gets visibly annoyed and then interrupts everytime I'm speaking. I was wanting to grab a quick sandwhich and subway on Simcoe was nearby.I had a wonderful experience. Staffs were great, service was fantastic, area was well sanitized which is a big plus for me. The price wasreasonable for the serving and service I received, and lastly the food was delicious.With the service that I received I will definitely go back again.
