I just wanted to post this here because I don't think it reflected accurately on the Skip app. I ordered a chicken sandwich and some cookies through the app with regular Italian bread. They didn't have any Italian bread so they upgraded me to herb and cheese for free and included an extra cookie and a note explaining the issue. It was honestly one of the best examples of customer service I've seen in years and I was touched with the effort put in.
