i’ve gotten severe food poisoning from this location three times now, which has NEVER happened at any other subway, clearly there’s something wrong if only one locations subs are making me sick. Not only that but one time i found a rock hard piece of something in my sub that resembled a piece of plastic and when asking staff about it they told me they had “no clue where it could’ve came from.” and told me i “likely put it in there”. do better.

Ordered two wraps, very stingy with toppings. When asked for a little bit more girl huffed. Asked for grilled, she put them in and took them out NO COLOUR. She put the rice and chicken together in warming tray then dumped on wrap as is, normally they spread it out so that the rice and meat get through entire wrap. When she handed me the two wraps she didn’t say thank you or anything! Not pleased with the service at all!!!

The veggies are not fresh
I tried to get my sub made without extra cost normal bread and no extras No napkins offered None available Not today Bread is oragino or something Definetly not regular white bread like I asked Staff needs to be trained and skill checked Always empty at the OC store now I get why 3 times is a strike out Lots of other vendors The food court has a problem with fruit flys Never seen that beore

Absolute heavenly made. That guy made the best sub I’ve ever had. He did it to perfection exactly the way I like it.
It was so good that I couldn’t even take a photo of the sub. Next time :-)

I don’t eat here anymore. The manager skimps out on ordering ingredients, clearly. It shows in the sandwiches. I’ve heard complaints about refunds not being honoured, and issues with the sandwiches being positively pathetic.
Go to literally ANY OTHER subway location. You will not be treated well here.

I had an issue with an online order where l was using the offer online to get a 12 inch sub and turns out the offer l used on the subway app was not applied, when l picked up the order they gave me a 6 inch instead, l asked for a refund from one of the workers and the lady pretty much said they couldn’t do a refund because of the managers wishes. The manager told the employee to tell me the sub would have costed $9.05 but instead the sub costed $9.20 because the offer wasn’t applied. As a hungry customer l was pissed off l didn’t get a refund as the manager was the least helpful in the situation. When l asked them to give me the other half of the sub they didn’t even give me it. They basically told me to contact customer service. As a hungry customer l expected more from the manager, the rest of the employees could have done something about it as well if they really do care.

Horrible experience. Took a bite of a 6inch my daughter and I are sharing and it had a chunk of white hard plastic like material. They refused to refund me or even replace it. The older lady was very rude.Subway is subway, but I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a fast food place / food court and I’ve never been to a subway this awful.16$ for a 6in meal and we barley had one bite from it. We brought everything up to them including the full sandwich with one small bite in it. We even showed them the sharp hard plastic pieces and they said it isn’t their problem……Oh and once leaving I took a bite of the only thing I had left to eat which was the cookies and they were hard as a rock, I could barley crack them in half.$16 for a 4inch sub and a drink.Not once but twice trying to eat this meal I almost broke a tooth.I’ve never written bad reviews like this but the complete lack of care and rudeness I experienced ontop of denying me a contact number or refund is horrible. I’m surprised our teeth aren’t chipped form not only the rock hard cookies but the plastic in the food they served.
