Very rude staff girl name Sahara ra …ask her to change my 3 sandwitches in to combo since I already paid and I changed my mind after and she was so rude and did not want me to charge the difference to make it a combo and she said I asked u earlier and u said no and now no after spending 40$ there it was a disappointment

Great and fast service.
Staff unwilling to assist with app order issue. When prompted further, directed to an online chatbot despite my bank telling me the transaction was approved. Strongly suggest avoiding this specific location unless you only order in person and thus lose access to any relevant app offers.

Went to place an order in the Oshawa Town Center, Subway. A person touched my sandwich then somebody else touched my sandwich. Yes, they had gloves on, but those gloves didn’t come off while they use the cash register touch the oven touch the water fountain food fountain touching somebody else’s turkey while you’re putting spinach on minejust touching other items other than just my sandwich with the same pair of gloves they put the gloves on and then touch the fridge and touched everything that’s disgusting and some lady yelled out that that was their training. No, I’m sorry you’re not supposed to cross contaminate anything inside of the store you don’t touch items with the same food items that you touch.
