Service was not friendly and found a bee in my salad. Which tue box wasnt even full. For $16 wasnt worth it. Every time I called they would hang up tje phone on me

Your employees need to be retrained on skip the dishes every time I order I’m missing items and extras that I pay for, and when I call the store to tell them hey you guys need to do better im sick of contacting the company for refunds they take no accountability for their mistakes, it’s simple to make the order and double check it has all the times before it’s out the door the employee I spoke with said “it’s really busy” I’ve worked at a busy chain with skip you make it work if you can’t take it find a new job and find a way to make it work bc my money is being wasted as a result of incompetence

The bread was not fresh at all, the servers don’t speak English and it is hard to communicate… avoid this place, period .. I asked for mayo and they squeezed so hard that all you can taste was mayo and the bread was crunchy in places and falling apart in others due to the mayo…. Horrible!!!!

Stingy with toppings. Stale bread. Wilted spinach. I ordered a green goddess sub and expect them to make it with avocado, but they ask whether you want it… I ordered a sub with it, you’re charging me for it, so why wouldn’t I want it?

Ordered a turkey with bacon not toasted on white bun. Got home and bun was stale. Went back the women argued with me saying it was fresh which it wasn’t. Got a different kind of bun and it was fresh. This isn’t the first time it has happened, it will be the last. I won’t be going there ever again.

This is the only subway I have gone to that serves stale bread 4/5 times you go. You can knock someone out with theirs.The service is great but no one should be able to knock on a table with food called “fresh bread”.If you go, you need to ask for fresh bread, but even then listen for the crunch of the “freshness”.
