We are constantly waiting for our mobile orders while they continue to take order after order from customers walking in. Today we got our order 30 minutes after we ordered and ONLY because I stopped them and told them they need to make my order before taking another walk-in as they tried to. They had 4 mobile order receipts sitting there and didn't even touch a single one. They clearly need to be trained on how mobile orders work.
