Hi, today I visited your location and asked for the washroom keys. The staff member refused to give me the keys, saying it was her closing time and that the washroom is only for customers. I explained that it was an emergency and requested again, but she still said no. I also noticed there was no sign outside stating the washroom is for customers only. I believe the manager should remind staff about the proper rules and regulations so these situations can be handled more respectfully, especially in urgent cases.

Sandwich was made really well, the store is really clean, and I am happy.
Trying to exploit the LMIA system is terrible. There are places that could actually use TFW but this place is not one of them, saying you can't find someone for $36/hr. Ontario unemployment rates are 7.8%, Oshawa is at 10.6%. The Owner needs to do better.
