The female employee was rude and from previous reviews her lack of customer service is clearly beyond repair. When my wrap broke, instead of remaking it, she used her hands (which were gloved) to move all the contents to a new wrap and squeezed them together. It's time that this location make a change.
employees are terrible
I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. I went in the morning to pick up a mobile order, and the employee who was working was very rude and unfriendly. She made faces when I mentioned I had a mobile order and did not make me feel welcome at all. Customer service is just as important as the food, and this visit left a bad impression.

I had a terrible experience at this Subway location today. There was a lady at the front counter who had an extremely rude attitude and absolutely no sense of customer service. I specifically asked her to roast the bread and toast the sub properly, but she completely messed it up. The bread was over-toasted to the point where it was flat and unappetizing.
She also added way too much sauce, despite my clear instructions, and acted as if she didn’t care at all. Her behavior was shockingly rude — treating customers like we’re stupid or worthless. I’ve never experienced such disrespect at any Subway before.
If you enjoy Subway, avoid this location — this kind of experience will completely change your opinion. That lady’s attitude and service were the worst I’ve ever seen. Very disappointed.
Today, December 22, 2024, I ordered a "Footlong Subway Series Chimichurri Veggie" sub from this location, along with additional sauces and cheese. Normally, I avoid leaving reviews for small issues, but this experience was significant enough that I felt compelled to share. When I received my sub, it was mainly filled with lettuce and vegetables, with only a small amount of Chimichurri sauce. None of the other sauces I ordered were included, and there was no cheese in my sub. As a result, the sub was very dry, and I couldn't finish it. I ended up having to throw it away. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will not be returning to this location. I wanted to give 0 stars, but unfortunately, I had to give at least 1 star. I cannot recommend this location to others.

I visited Subway today and had a very disappointing experience. My sub was served without cheese, the food was dry and lacked sauce, and the overall taste was terrible. On top of that, the customer service was poor, with staff speaking to me in an irritated manner. I hope this issue is addressed to improve future customer experiences.

Stopped by this Subway for a quick meal and left disappointed. The staff seemed uninterested and barely acknowledged me. The sub I got was dry, missing cheese, and overloaded with lettuce.

I recently visited your location to take advantage of the BOGO (Buy One, Get One) offer for my family. I purchased 6 subs, but unfortunately, both the quality of the food and the customer service fell far below expectations.
None of the subs had cheese, and all were dry and unappetizing. Additionally, when we arrived, the staff remarked that we had only come for the BOGO offer, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. If the intention is not to attract customers through promotions like BOGO, I would recommend reconsidering such offers.
As a paying customer, I believe every individual should be treated with respect, regardless of how they engage with your promotions, and the food should meet basic quality standards. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

I recently purchased six subs from this Subway location, and I am extremely disappointed with both the food and the customer service.
From the moment I entered the store, the experience was unpleasant. Instead of a simple greeting, the staff questioned where I was from and laughed at me. They even commented that I must be there only because of the BOGO offer, implying I wouldn’t have come otherwise. If you can’t handle offering BOGO, why advertise it? Promotions like this are meant to bring in new customers, and how you treat them determines if they return.
Unfortunately, the food was just as disappointing. None of the subs had cheese, and they were dry and overloaded with lettuce. It felt like corners were being cut at every step.
I won’t be returning to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. Customer service and food quality should always come first, regardless of promotions.

Terrible customer service the man at the counter tried to tell me coupons from the subway app don't work at his store and after I scanned it and it worked he shock his head and was completely annoyed with me.... go to any other subway location... do not go to this one!!!
I am beyond disgusted that after eating half of my sandwich I found a dead fly in amongst the toppings. This is absolutely disgusting to say the least!! Could not get through to anyone regarding this issue.
