Disappointing Service and Missing Ingredients
I visited this location recently, excited to enjoy a footlong Steak and Bacon sub with extra spinach and Monterey Jack cheese. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but satisfying. Despite clearly asking for extra spinach, I didn’t get it—nor did I receive the Monterey Jack cheese I paid for.
To make matters worse, when I brought this to the associate’s attention, they refused to issue a refund. Instead, they asked me to retrieve my sandwich from the trash after I had already thrown it away! I couldn’t believe the lack of professionalism and customer service.
This was beyond disappointing and completely unacceptable. If you’re considering visiting this place, you might want to double-check your order—because attention to detail and good service seem to be missing, just like my extra spinach and cheese.

I am a weekly guy at subway but SUPER DISAPPOINTED today , the bread was hard unable to eat almost broke a tooth no joke … called them to ask to make another one said had to buy another one what a waste ! Check the bread before you buy it at this location

Always something wrong and they don't even bother reading the special instructions added. One time the cheese is the wrong kind; the next time the bread is wrong (but only on one sandwich which is very odd) it's never toasted enough so we put special instructions to double toast and instead its cold. I've gotten the footlong cookie and it's burnt. They clearly just don't care at this location. 😒

I came to this location with coupons put out by Subway and they don't accept them. Absolutely ridiculous. Guess they lost our business... we are off to the location on Laval by Walmart.

I got a chicken sub and the bread was hard as a rock had to take it apart and just eat the chicken and tomatoes, was not impressed

The best customer service I ever see I go every night I pick up my lunch, my breakfast the service is beautiful the people were there they’re so honest you’re so intelligent the store is very clean and the store smell very good.
