While asking for toppings on my sub they put very little spinach on my sub. I asked for more and the girl put like 4 more pieces of spinach on. I asked for more and she said this is the last bit im putting on. Im paying 15 dollars for a sub you can put more. Very disappointed with the service here. Never have I been told thats the last time im putting something on your sub. Im paying for this food. Charge me extra if it bugs you that much.

I am voice to text this review because I am walking away from the store hungry. Hopefully this review still turns out to be legible. What I just said I want to make sure not to put down the staff because the staff at this location are overworked and probably underpaid and have always provided exceptional service with smiles on their faces.
That's the reason for me giving any stars at all. I really hope this review does not reflect the staff in any way 😔 😕 the staff are sweethearts unfortunately they have to tolerate angry and hungry customers who stop at Subway expecting standard Subway quality food and service this location does not have updated accurate hours my stomach was growling today as we decided to try to get some exercise and walk to this location instead of Drive arriving half an hour prior to closing Time displayed on the internet the door was still unlocked the open sign was still on and yet we walked away hungry being told that the store was already closed and no food was available. This store often does not carry the same menu items or as good quality menu items as other locations standard would be however we continue going there especially because the staff are so sweet and friendly and so we sacrifice quality product for quality customer service it was quite frustrating today to now also be disappointed and let down by the store and yet another way all I'm saying I would put this on poor ownership in poor management and definitely not put on the staffit sucks because it's such a convenient location the staff are such sweethearts I would still remain a loyal customer had we not have had the experience we just had today. After today I probably will really have to be starving to consider going back 😔 the ownership should really get it together. Don't take this review or any other negative review out on your staff you should be doing more to support your staff and making sure that your store is run orderly. 100 Stars zero Stars for the ownership but 100 stars for the staff who have to put up with the angry and disgruntled customers😕🤨😤😠🥱😾🙈🙉🙊

Wrong hours even though it said open on the window. And on Google it says open till 10:30pm. And we were there at 10:05pm. Even after showing her that you both say open, she still remained to say we're closed. This is ridiculous. Get your stuff in order.

I was extremely disappointed by the service I just received. I came in for a sub that gets 2x cheese, but the lady who made my sandwich just gave it a little sprinkle (1/2 portion instead of 2x). When I called her out on it, she chose to argue with me about the portion. She was incredibly disrespectful, telling me her boss told her to use that little.
I will not be returning to this location. There are plenty of other Subway's around.

there was no effort or care in the process and there was hair in the chicken. We still didn’t get any discount for it. the workers did not care and dismissed it. We didn’t eat the sandwich it was very disgusting

Not sure if this subway location has new ownership or just poor hiring skills but, the employee (Asian woman) behind the counter is unprofessional, always rushing customers and discourteous. Does not display simple customer service skills or product knowledge. Ordered a rice bowl with a bag of chips and the bowl was made sloppy, half empty and the chicken and rice was cold. Employee does not read the special instructions
on online orders. Asked for extra veggies and that was not done. She also forgot to provide me my chips or any cutlery/napkins and when I let her know it was missing she got frustrated and starting arguing, claiming I didn't order chips. LOOK at and VERIFY the receipt before arguing with the customer!! No apology either when I showed her my receipt. There is always a mistake with the order and/or something is missing (even when there is no line ups). Definitely, not a good sign of good customer service. Would not recommend this location. Their employees need more training on how to serve and treat customers.
Had great service from Foran today at subway. Best sandwich ive had in awhile she took her time and my boyfriends was great too! Thank you :)
I try not to post negative reviews but my entire experience at this location was awful. The sandwich artist was rushing with nobody behind me. She was sloppy and threw the cheese in the meat container, acting like she didn’t know what I was talking about when I notified her. Itched her nose while making my sandwich on her shirt and that was enough for me to want to walk out. Finally, the cookie had brown and white feathers or hairs in it. When I showed it to the cashier she apologized and said she would give me a new cookie which I declined and she did not offer to refund me. I take responsibility for not packing a lunch and being in this predicament but it was a hard earned $14.44 wasted.

Went in after 6pm on a Monday. Husband is really fussy about the bun being fresh. I don't know the name of the lovely girl that served us but I did ask that she please make my husband happy with his sub as he had stale buns ar two other locations. She assured me that the buns were just made earlier and it would be soft. WOW! Thank you so much dear the subs were delicious and fresh. We will definitely be coming back to this location. P.S. the bill says served by 56 😀
