I called you thrice on this given number after sending you 3 emails and you are wayyyy too rude to say you dont see any email inspite of your response to my email saying call us back AND YOU cut the call on the face with no response acting like as though it was a blank call and as though you cant hear me or see my email.
I took patience to call you and send email and follow up with you despite reading negative comments reviews about you and bam there you go!! You proved it!
I run a business too and this is the cheapest way to deal with customers! This is my first ever negative review on google, ive had unpleasant experiences at places but this one pissed me off.
Hope you find good people on earth to learn basic manners from.

I ordered a cake from here and picked it up in December. Unfortunately the party it was for was cancelled so I had to store this huge 2-tiered cake in my freezer. The party finally happened in March so I took out the cake and hoped that it would be okay and honestly - it tasted as if it were baked that morning. You would have had no idea it was frozen for 3 months if I didn't tell anyone. Very impressed with the quality! I will definitely be ordering all future cakes from here!

We had come into the store and placed an order with Joey (whom was friendly and helpful) for a 50th anniversary cake that was 2 tier When we cut into the cake there was not the raspberry filling as requested and ordered. Very disappointed as this was an important detail. Sent message to store no response. We spent $275 on a cake that my parents requested for a detail that meant something to them didn't happen.

Have been getting my kids' cakes from here, since my oldest was 7, or 8. She's now almost 30. Only cakes I've ever bought for my other 2 as well, minus a couple ice cream cakes from DQ for my son once he was in his preteens. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS BAKERY!!!

Two weeks in a row we needed gluten free birthday cakes for members of our family and both times they were fantastic. Our first was the gluten free red velvet cake and the second was raspberry. Even those who do not eat gluten free in our family loved the cakes (and they’re beautiful!). I’m so glad we discovered this bakery, we will be back!

We requested a last minute cake as our other baker wasn't available and busy. We went to Sugar Chalet and requested vegan non dairy with gluten free cake with a Frozen theme ans chocolate raspeberry filling for our twins bday. The filling and texture of the cake was done flawlessly. Amazing guys, thank you.

They made my son's birthday cake. The cake was okay! I asked for red velvet, I am not sure what this is?! It looks like chocolate to me.
As a celiac, this bakery was a gold mine find. They're cakes are amazing, so beautiful and so delicious. I also have ordered regular non gluten free treats from here too and everyone always asks me where I went. Also - my gluten free friends - their gluten free cookies are mouth watering.
The staff is also so friendly and I love just going in there to chat. 10/10 would recommend.

Responding to owner's reply to my review- We had setup the pickup time for 11 am, so it was not possible that we were 2.5 hours late(since owner called us at 12 pm and said they close at 12:30). To add to my initial review, I do feel the customer service could be improved, the owner seems quite rude.

EXCELLENT FLAVOUR and ARTWORK! Sugar Chalet provided the dessert selection for my charity golf tournament. The assortment included cookies, cakes, and cupcakes, all of which were well-received by the guests. I appreciated the straightforward customer service which made working with them a treat in that of itself. Highly recommended!

The worst cake I’ve ever had.
I invited 20 people to my daughter’s birthday party, and not a single guest took a second bite of the cake. The amount of sugar in it was ridiculous—we’ve never had a cake this overly sweet before. Honestly, Metro or Costco cake would have been a better choice!
That said, I must admit the decoration was beautiful, and the service was quick and efficient.
