Our go to spot when I get a breakfast craving that I don't have to cook. Food is great and our waitress is always friendly and attentive to our table for anything we need.
Tried to dine-in, no one greeted or acknowledged us after sitting down for nearly half an hour, having people who had been sat after us getting their orders taken and we didn’t even receive a menu. Had to grab one menu that had fallen on the floor to share. After having our drink order taken, after waiting for 35 minutes in total for nothing we were informed they were out of cream cheese, milk, chocolate milk, white bread, and several other items. Too bad because it’s never been that terrible of service in the past.

A solid go-to breakfast and brunch location. Food is delicious and affordable with a wide option of items available.
Service is quick depending on your timing. Some days can be slower if a local team or organization gets in there first and eats up the real estate. Other than that the wait times aren’t generally too long. This also applies to the food, which is usually to your table within 5 minutes or so after ordering.
Atmosphere is warm and cozy. Can be busy on weekends due to it being a choice location for brunch. This can also cause it to have a busier and louder atmosphere but nothing too serious or crazy. It becomes nice background noise.
Overall a solid breakfast and brunch location with good food and good pricing. Staff is always friendly!
Parking: Lots of parking spots. It shares the parking lot with a Sobeys so there is ample space and availability.
Kid-friendliness: Atmosphere is kid friendly. Can be a touch loud at times due to local sports teams or youth groups congregating after their activities. Mostly on weekends.

What truly sets Sunset Grill apart, though, is the exceptional service. Julie, our server, was outstanding. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her warm and positive attitude made our visit even more enjoyable.

I WOULD HUGHLY AVOID THIS PLACE. YOU BETTER STAY AT HOME EATHER THAN COME HERE TO EAT IN A GARBAGE PLCE LIKE THIS .
MY FRIENDS AND I WENT TO THIS PLACE, I spilled coffee over the table a little bit and went to grab a few napkins to clean up the mess. The super old person waiter came and grabbed the napkins from my hand and shouted pls don't use them as they are very expensive and she used her old, smelly towel to clean the table. My friend who came from Hong Kong said to the lady " If If the owner is so stingy about Napkins what would he feed his customer" WE LEFT IMMEDIATELY.

Food was great with the exception of the potatoe home fries. I am used to having them with some crispiness to them everywhere else, but the Sunset Grill standard the last two franchises that I have visited seems to be just reheated on a grill, diced up boiled potatoes.

We had a great waitress named Anikita! She was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Always with a smile on her face. The only issue we had was the “manager” named Julie. The whole time we were there she belittled the other waitresses. She kept yelling the whole time! It was not enjoyable! I cannot believe the way she treated her coworkers! I asked to speak to the manager but he was busy. She should not get away with this behaviour!
