The bacon was great so was the French toast hone fries were bland and not crispy at all. I wouldn't of even wrote a review if I hadn't seen what I saw as I paid for a 65 dollar breakfast., Given it was about 1 45 and they close at 3 so I know you prepare to close but this to me was unacceptable I saw homefries on the grill being made and a staff member holding what looked like a mop stick with a cloth or towel draped over the top cleaning above the grill dusting god knows what particles were falling into the food. Thats so unsanitary. The server though she was great super friendly just unsettled by the cleaning above food part.

Had 2 bad experiences at 2 different locations in Whitby and Oshawa (Wilson) where both were unable to redeem a gift card. Corporate just refer you back to the franchisee and there is no way to resolve disputes at that level from what I can see.

Worst service the waitress was alone helping the cook which i don't consider appropriate while she is doing the till as well. My eggs were cooked wrong and she brought the order to the back and touched the eggs with her bare hands, she never washed her hands once we were there cause she was busy helping with orders. I was disgusted seeing that. This will be last time I visit this place. Absolutely disgusted

Came in today with my family (April 10th) for breakfast and the food was not great. They missed things on my order, the food came out cold and overly salty. Service was slow and the servers were arguing (older server was belittling and yelling at the younger server) in front of customers, which made it extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Will not be coming back here again
Seemed a little short staffed. We were seated quickly but waited about 20 minutes for our food. Food was okay. Haven't been here in a while, probably won't be back.

I was here on Saturday Apr. 8 Sorry but it was nothing but terrible. Geasy bacon, cold potatoes that were flavourless. I am sure they were previous day' leftovers, and over $20 for breakfast!. Should have known better when at peak breakfast ime I was one of only two people here.

Das is great, a very nice, giving person. Food is ALWAYS good and Judy is one of the best servers in Durham! Been there many many times and always happy atmosphere when I get in there! Gary

Went for early breakfast Sunday. First ones in 7am on the nose. Some snow etc on roads. The cook was the only one on there. He made coffee for us, brought us water Took our orders etc etc. Moments later the next person arrived and apologized for the delays. Told them no need to apologize. I share this so the cook gets the shout out he deserves . Not to get anyone else in trouble. You should know that have a great employee who cares. Food was great as was the service! Things happen. It is how you react that dictates the experience. I have spent 25 plus years in hospitality. Thought I would share ! People are so quick to criticize when things go wrong. We will be back
