The staff were amazing! We went near closing and they still welcomed us in and gave us amazing service. The staff member that helped us was very nice and the food was really good. Everything was delicious and fast and also satisfied every tastebud!! It was my sister’s first brunch experience and it was definitely a hit! We will be going back here for sure!! (:

Niroshan's recommendations were spot on! We tried the Sunset Grill special egg dish, and it was heavenly. The BLT sandwich with fries was also cooked to perfection. Every bite was a delight!

I don't know if it's the understanding or just the chef's but the food quality here is just not good. Respect to our server who did her best. She really did but the food is not good. The pancakes came dry and hard as though it's been under the heat lamp for a while. My wife and cousin had the salmon Benedict and both found it very underwhelming and even the presentation was not great. Potatoes weren't great either. Just an underwhelming experience. Service was great, great staff no question but the food quality was not great.

I came with m wife and two kids for a brunch right past noon. They didn’t have fruits and other veggies… it was embarrassing. No alternatives given, we ended up staying because my fam were very hungry including myself. The cook was touching his ears and our food when cooking. Not to mention that he is talking with someone on the phone with ear buds the whole time. Very unprofessional. Never coming back to this location.
My experience at this place was highly disappointing. We arrived around 2 pm, only to find that they were out of stock on fruits and vegetables. With kids who love eating fruits, it was frustrating. We were willing to settle for veggies like cucumbers and tomatoes, but all they had were tomatoes. Worse, they only gave my son 2 slices of tomato. How embarrassing! There's a FreshCo right around the corner where they could have stocked up.
The most concerning part was the chef. He was chatting on the phone, touching his phone, earring, and face, and then handling our food without washing his hands. The transparent kitchen allowed us to see all of this. Despite considering leaving, we stayed because our baby had just fallen asleep and we were starving. However, we won't be returning. They were out of stock on everything we wanted, were incredibly cheap, yet charged us the regular price, and the chef’s lack of hygiene was unacceptable.

Could have bought more than one fruit in 8$s at a grocery store. This wasn’t the first time they went out of fruit. Just Disappointed at the management of the store.

Home Fries they have the best...as far I have visited the other Sunset Grill in Durham Region as well as Toronto. So juicy the Fries and also the Scramble eggs soo soft.
But I feel hot inside in this tough day, should have more pleasant feeling with Air conditioning.
