If I could give this a 0 star I would.

The level of unprofessionalism is appalling. I placed a huge order - worth over $100 on the “app” they have. Order went through and they charged my credit card. I decided to then call about an hour after to then ask if the order will be ready for pick up within 30 minutes the lady at the front desk tells me that they never received an order ??‍♀️ She then proceeds to ask if I can make the order on the phone instead cause she said the app “wasn’t working”. I said okay sure. When I was making an order, they basically had different prices and content compared to what they had on the app. On top of that they didn’t have a lot do the items I ordered so I just told her to cancel my order so I can get a refund back. This whole time mind you, she was extremely snappy throughout. As if the app issues were my fault, and showed zero patience.

I decided to cancel and asked for a refund, but she told me to cancel via the app. Of course, the app wouldn’t let me cancel, and my credit card had already been charged. When I called back, she said she needed to speak to her boss and would call me back, but she never did. I had to keep chasing her, only to hear the same excuses.

My card got charged on August 28th. It’s 15 days afterwards and I STILL don’t have my money back. I’ve called the store multiple times, emailed them nothing. They clearly don’t value any customers. Don’t waste your time at this restaurant cause they clearly don’t know how to run a business. They’re other good Suya spots around Oshawa, spend your money there instead.

I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card company, but this entire experience has made me never want to support this franchise again.

Got the beef soya with jolaf rice combo.Rice was great, beef was very obviously reheated and overcooked. The included drink wasn't even cold. Not worth it for 25$

I ordered fried rice and Jollof rice which tasted great. The beef suya and goat meat suya were also very good

I ordered chicken suya with jollof rice yet I received regular chicken with bad quality jollof. There were no onions or anything on my chicken that was a sad dish.
