Got pizza and fries to go and they put the fries on the pizza melts in . Ruined my meal. Just the utter lack of finesse and care. I'll never go back to that place

Food was good, but I've never been ignored so much by a server. He didn't check on our table once after we arrived. No butter with my meal, not one refill on our water or bottomless drinks. Will be going to a different location next time.

My husband ordered us take out tonight. #1 It took way to long to have it delivered. #2 The food was ice cold. #3 The chicken looked like leftovers #4 The fries looked like pices of fall out from the basket Absolutely couldn't eat it. I tried so my hubby wouldn't feel bad. I just couldn't do it. I'm sorry but never again ?

Went in with a friend and my daughter after a particularly trying day. Was seated right away in the section I asked for (I know this location well) and food and service was super quick as usual. Rare these days to get a sit down meal under an hour! Our server Linda who I always ask for was polite, cheerful and energetic! Keep doing what you're doing Swiss!
