Worst service. My food has hair on it. Server didn’t even apologize and she was even trynna avoid eye contact with me! She didn’t even check on us while she check everyone around us. Never again!

Been a long time customer as a lot if people have. I realize things are more expensive but they have gone too far now. The chicken sandwich in a Kaiser has changed names because it’s no longer on a Kaiser. It’s on a smaller roll and literally might have 2 ozs of chicken on it. So small and disappointing. It would be fine I guess if it was 9.99 but it’s 16$.What an absolute rip off.Server was nice at least.My lunch’s out will no longer be at Swiss chalet.

Swiss Chalet has long been a favourite for me and my wife. Lately, we have been disappointed with the service and food at a few other locations. Our faith in Swiss Chalet was restored by this visit. Our server was fast and efficient, and our food arrived quickly. It was hot and delicious. We were travelling, and very pleased with the whole experience.

Did Swiss Chalet switch to air frying their fries .Never had l been so disappointed in the fries . No flavor at all.I'm sure they are treating them differentlyIf this is their new taste!!!!!Family and I will not be returning
