We ordered through Uber eats and our guaranteed delivery time was not adhered to. Our food was ordered at 635PM and expected by 720PM. It did not arrive until 805PM. Our food sat at the store until 755PM when the driver finally picked it up. It was all cold, packaging was damaged and damp from sweating in the bag while waiting to be picked up. Drinks were flat and warm. Complained to Uber, but wanted to post here as well as this is unaccpetable as the store should have made the food fresh when the driver had taken so long to show up. This reflects poor on both Uber and Taco Bell.

Can’t go wrong with taco bell once in a while. Employees are nice and quick what you’d expect for a minimum wage job :)

Horrible Uber Eats is experience. Ordered a big order and got drinks and cinnamon twists. Nothing else. Driver told us “that’s all they gave me”. As someone in the fast food industry it’s not that hard to complete an online order and if you can’t you have the ability to contact the guest to make it happen right but I we got nothing. Pathetic. Wish I could give a big fat 0 for a review.

Food was way below Taco bell standard. Drinks taste like awful, water downed so much , no taste wait time for food is high but staffs was approachable but really dnt mix that much water in portion that it not taste like neither water nor soft drink/ mountain dew. Very awful.

I visited this Taco Bell on January 12 around 4:38 PM and felt uncomfortable witnessing how a manager spoke to a cashier. The manager was shouting and being very rude in front of customers, which came across as poor leadership and micromanagement.
I genuinely felt bad for the cashier. Regardless of the situation, employees should be treated with respect. This kind of behavior negatively affects both staff morale and the customer experience.
Taco Bell should ensure that managers lead with professionalism and respect. I hope this feedback helps improve the work environment and service quality.
Unfortunately the staff was not even a little friendly and extremely slow service. Also, our burritos were completely stuck to the paper. When we tried to get them apart they completely tore, making a huge mess.

An old lady, I think she is a manager; her behaviour is not good and customer-oriented.

The manager of this taco bell is extremely rude. If she doesn’t like you, she’ll tell her employees to embarrass you or also be rude, as much as possible when taking your order.
Don’t ever correct them on any mistakes because you’ll never live it down.

Serving cold tacos
Around 4:30 PM EST, on May 26, 2025 I went to the Taco Bell location in Oshawa inside Oshawa Center (Taco Bell Store 905004 - Oshawa Centre. 419 King St W. Unit FC10 Oshawa Ontario (ON) L1J2K5. 905-723-8200)
I usually order a chicken quesadilla combo and upgrade to the fried supreme and modify some
Toppings, I always use my SPC card as there is a discount to upgrade with this. I ordered my usual, but today was different. The cashier said that the discount only applies for fries supreme, so I said, okay that is what I’m ordering minus the tomato’s and only light sour crème. She was confused and kept asking her manager for direction. Her manager eventually said the SPC discount only applies to fries supreme. We were going back and forth at this point and I was getting frustrated and confused as I kept saying, I AM ordering the fries supreme minus tomatoes and only want light sour crème. They said they cannot do that and I must order it with all toppings to receive the discount. I even asked, what about for allergies? Or diet concerns? What if the person cannot have some of the toppings listed?? They said they cannot remove toppings in that case. I was still confused, the manager was beyond rude and un empathetic, didn’t bother to apologize or even smile but continued being rude and gave me so much attitude - she clearly didn’t know what customer service was. She then walked away to open another till and take orders for the next people in line. I was honestly so offended I said never mind, I don’t want anything and walked away. I’m never giving them my business again! This location needs to hire people who actually know what customer service is. FYI the manager was a short brown elderly women with grey/black hair.
Worst customer service ever. The girl at the cash register was make our food wrong and when we went back show a lot of attitude.
