Unfortunately the staff was not even a little friendly and extremely slow service. Also, our burritos were completely stuck to the paper. When we tried to get them apart they completely tore, making a huge mess.

The manager of this taco bell is extremely rude. If she doesn’t like you, she’ll tell her employees to embarrass you or also be rude, as much as possible when taking your order.
Don’t ever correct them on any mistakes because you’ll never live it down.

Around 4:30 PM EST, on May 26, 2025 I went to the Taco Bell location in Oshawa inside Oshawa Center (Taco Bell Store 905004 - Oshawa Centre. 419 King St W. Unit FC10 Oshawa Ontario (ON) L1J2K5. 905-723-8200)
I usually order a chicken quesadilla combo and upgrade to the fried supreme and modify some
Toppings, I always use my SPC card as there is a discount to upgrade with this. I ordered my usual, but today was different. The cashier said that the discount only applies for fries supreme, so I said, okay that is what I’m ordering minus the tomato’s and only light sour crème. She was confused and kept asking her manager for direction. Her manager eventually said the SPC discount only applies to fries supreme. We were going back and forth at this point and I was getting frustrated and confused as I kept saying, I AM ordering the fries supreme minus tomatoes and only want light sour crème. They said they cannot do that and I must order it with all toppings to receive the discount. I even asked, what about for allergies? Or diet concerns? What if the person cannot have some of the toppings listed?? They said they cannot remove toppings in that case. I was still confused, the manager was beyond rude and un empathetic, didn’t bother to apologize or even smile but continued being rude and gave me so much attitude - she clearly didn’t know what customer service was. She then walked away to open another till and take orders for the next people in line. I was honestly so offended I said never mind, I don’t want anything and walked away. I’m never giving them my business again! This location needs to hire people who actually know what customer service is. FYI the manager was a short brown elderly women with grey/black hair.

Terrible experience. The cashier and the lady passing food, such egos. The cashier saw me pregnant and I clearly told them no spice or chili, just cheese and fries and obviously she did the opposite. When I went back to ask her, threw cash on the counter for me to pickup. Pathetic experience, and not the first time.

I don’t usually show up late but like 8:55 I thought I could still grab a couple soft tacos they tell me they shut it down 10 to 15 minutes early to clean up. What’s the point of a 9 o’clock close. Thanks guess I’m out dinner tonight

Can't have a chicken quesadilla without the chicken. Don't uber eats from here, they don't care what they do because you aren't there to complain. And fries supreme, you would think there would be more than one spot of beef but nope. Last time for me

I had a terrible experience at the Oshawa Centre location. I ordered two Beef Burrito Supremes, but when I took a bite of mine, it didn’t look like the one my sister was eating. I went up to the cashier, apologized for asking a question, and politely said that I thought my order might be wrong. Instead of handling it professionally, the cashier grabbed my burrito with her bare hands, opened it up, and started touching all over my food. She didn’t have gloves on, and after handling the burrito with no care, she handed it back to me, insisting it was the same as the one I ordered.
My frustration wasn’t just about the wrong order, it was the complete lack of hygiene. She was touching money, the touchscreen, who knows what else, and then touching my food without gloves and handing it back to me. I understand that it's fast food, but there should be basic standards for food safety and hygiene, especially in handling food. After witnessing that, I completely lost my appetite and had to throw the burrito out. This is unacceptable and unsanitary, and I won’t be returning to this location again. They should really train their employees to follow proper hygiene procedures, and what’s even worse is that all of this was happening under the manager’s watch, and she didn’t say a word about it.

I have also had a terrible experience with the cashier with the circular tattoo. Extremely RUDE for no reason at all. I have worked customer service my entire life and am never rude but she was showing me a lot of attitude and being plain disrespectful for no reason! Glad to see other negative reviews about her.
