Ordered here 2 nights ago. Waited 20 min, I noticed people who ordered ahead of me get their food. I ask the cashier who’s as dense as a rock what’s happening and her reasoning was they forgot my order and that it happens. Seriously ? I understand your workers are extremely uneducated and work at Taco Bell for this reason however forgetting orders is absolutely insane. Do better management. It’s not difficult to make a damn taco. Avoid at all costs.

Edit Apr 2025: Service STILL ridiculously slow (waiting 20 minutes for order) and they STILL messed up half our order (everything had rice instead of meat!). Dropping to 1 star, their employees are horrible and don't seem to care.
Edit Aug 2021: Service is still painfully slow, they've removed half of their menu, and the last time I ordered online they missed half of the order! Dropping from 5 stars to 2 stars. Need to work on their employee training.

No hi no thank you no take care no come again nothing!! Stood there waiting till someone came and shook his head like telling me what do u want. Told him I have order for pickup have me my order and cause I paid already on the app he turned and said nothing and left 😑 that maybe cause u need more employees at that location to help this poor employee for God's sake. He was working alone or one more with him evening time. Owner needs at least one more employee there at night and one more day time
This is the closest location to Bowmanville/Newcastle. The service has always been good here, just the location is difficult to get out of due to the traffic in the area. For the quality of food, it's Taco Bell, so my family likes it

I don’t know who is working behind the scenes at this location at 10:30 pm on a Wednesday but wow. That meximelt hit hard. Then I proceeded to get into the fries supreme which was loaded with the crispiest fries, washed that down a lil baha blast extra ice of course. Finally I got to the final boss, the Crunchwrap supreme. How was it so hot and delicious yet the veggies so crisp and fresh, like I couldn’t inhale this fast enough. Let him cook.

Scammy location I was charged 1.99 EACH for two half full sour creams and when asked if I could get more as I believe with the price I should receive more I am responded with; “it’s protocol to only put 2 pumps per one and we cannot give you more” LMAO for a 1.99$!? I can get barely a half cup filled of sour cream WHICH isn’t even 100% real sour cream. Aswell they had gotten my order wrong and charged me for an extra burrito which I never said I wanted, gave me a refund of 3 loonies when the burrito had cost 3.79. Like cmon. I would go to other Taco Bell locations as I only seem to run into issues at this particular location and I don’t think I’ll ever return. Seems to be a reacurring issue and there’s a reason the restaurant never has lines and is always empty 🤷🏼♀️
