Who ever was working on Sunday February 15th 2026 needs to be fired. I said my order three times and then after I wait in the drive through for 10 mins because they are serving extremely slow they give me the wrong and more expensive order. Saying that’s what I told them. It’s pathetic and staff need to trained on communication and speed.

Claimed she was manager. Said she would give discount. Everything should be refunded. This is ridiculous. Didn't ask for slop. I asked for a taco. By the way I live 5 minutes away. So this is completely unacceptable. Is is so soggy it is not ok. Do better. Thanks.

2 times I have gotten sick from this location if it not be the food then must be staff members forced in while sick, also when i order crunch wraps with double beef i expect it to be inside the wrap not in a plastic container with no extra beef just the standard pprtion but anyways been sick from this location twice is enough for me to say nope never again.

Seems like items missing from the order every time I get it here - I imagine the amount of money they make off the orders they miss that people still pay for is quite substantial.

Doesn't matter if ordering through delivery aps or in person drive through. Items seem to still always be missing.

Got sick of just letting it slide and went back in to say which ones were missing 10 mins after the drive through order. They didnt even question it - so it must happen all the time.

How many people, really, are going to drive back after getting home to correct them over the odd burrito or taco.

Free money for them - terrible for customers.

If I could leave 0 stars i would. I ordered off Uber eats and it took an hour and half to get my food. Completely unacceptable. My food was so cold. I advice do not order from here

Me and my family went to this taco bell for my birthday and we ordered right when we got in there. It took 25 minutes to get our food and when we said something about how long it took to the cashier they just said oh and then paused for 5 second and then continued to say would you like any sauce, with out even answering our question and it wasn't just us wating their were 5-6 other people and families waiting for the same amount of time but what i will say is that when we got the food it was fresh and piping hot. Over all the food was good but I just found it ridiculous that a fast food restaurant would take 25 minutes to make tacos and I saw the back and everything was pre-cooked so all they hade to do was assemble them and 25 minutes to assemble tacos is ridiculous.

Order through Uber it took 1.5 hrs to receive our order, call the store to get an update after 45mins and got we are busy. Then waited an additional 45mins, this is fast food, if you walk in it only takes 15 mins. My food was soggy and cold. Learn how to operate a fast food business.
