When ordering the food the staff don't listen very well while ordering. I don't understand why there's so much paper bags given out when ordering to eat in. My family wasn't satisfied with the amount of money we spent and they hungry. Also the bathrooms were in very poor conditions, the soap dispensers don't work at all. So I couldn't wash my hands properly. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned. The waste of paper bags is ridiculous especially if you're staying to eat in. The garbage is over flowing due to the excessive use of paper bags that should be used for take out only. The food portions for nacho supreme is small. What happened to decent sized meals? This was just not a good experience at all.

I recently dined at the Taco Bell location on Simcoe and Taunton with my wife, and it was a complete letdown. Our experience left us with no option but to leave a one-star review.Firstly, the food lacked any semblance of flavor. Not only that, but the portions of meat were shockingly scant. One burrito was particularly appalling, resembling nothing more than a mush of bean paste and beef drowned in cheese sauce. It's safe to say that the thought alone makes me queasy.Moreover, the so-called "Cinnamon Twists" were a misrepresentation. Expecting a delectable dessert akin to Cinnabon, we were instead greeted with crunchy, cereal-like puffs.Although the cleanliness of the establishment was passable, it did little to alleviate our disappointment. The overall taste of the food was off, leaving us with the impression that it wasn't fresh.To say that our experience was unsatisfactory would be an understatement. I’m genuinely concerned about the quality of the food and its potential health implications. It's a visit I deeply regret and hope to spare others from enduring.

I have no idea what is wrong with this restaurant, but every single time I place an order, they get it wrong. I don’t know if they’re doing it on purpose, or they’re just idiots! But it’s so tiring! They forget half the order, or they forget, napkins, or they forget cutlery, they forget sauces, they do not get one single order, right. I HATE this store, and the only time I ever order from them, is when I forget to check which store my order is coming from. Do yourselves a favor, and either go to the Oshawa center, or go to the location I’m fixing. Stay FAR away from this location!
