This is the second time we've recieved messy fries with green synthetic hair in our food from this location. We just called to notify this location and the woman I spoke to tried to tell me it wasn't hair, but an ingredient like cilantro or parsley.

EVERYWHERE else sells this type of food you can pick your toppings , no extra charge unless it’s guacamole . I give this place a 2 starts simply because they will charge you to add lettuce if lettuce isn’t already in the predefined toppings . Which is the worst service ever, because my 8$ meal now becomes 12$ if I want to add parsley and onions to my gyro . They should allow customers to add whatever toppings and not assume they like the items in the predefined toppings list per item. They also discontinued their points system which was disappointing. The food also took way too long to come and all I got was a wrap. I work around the corner so I was hoping this would be a good spot but not worth it. !

First and bad experience. I was served chicken shawarma with rice bowl, and rice was not fresh and rice grains were hard as rock. Server knows this when he was serving me, and he kept trying to pick hard grains out when he was filling up bowl. When he already knew this, why did he not get fresh rice for me? And when I had hard time chewing and asked him, he acted like he does not understand what am I talking about.
