Ordered pick up and they didn’t realize I had submitted an order until I was there to pick it up, and the food was prepared badly. The only employee I saw working there seemed to have too many things to do to pay enough attention to everything. Bad experience, I won’t come back.
Threw out the food, going to pay for a second meal rather than try to force this down.

First time... will never be back. One girl doing everything... wrap was so crispy and delicious.. ordered gyro/ chicken.... no chicken on either sub.. just soggy gyro meat that was revolting. I could add up the 6 pieces of horrid meat on each sub.. just bread and ALOT of onion..so disappointed . Will never be back

Shruti was present at the time we visited for dinner on a Friday night. Just one Lady taking orders and also preparing them. It was quite busy as A lot of customers were coming in to give orders and were taking out food.Everyone has to wait more than 45 minutes for the order to be ready and to give order about 20-30 minutes. Food was good in taste. We ordered some wraps, habibis bowl and felafel bowl we enjoyed the food. We found quantity of bowls to be lesser as compared to the competitors. Lastly, they should hire more staff specially on busy days to run their business more smoothly. Everyone was getting annoyed of waiting.

The quantity has become less and less every time I order from here. The food has been great everytime, but now that I'm being given a bowl thats literally half filled theyve pushed limits of quantity too far to make it fair value anymore. 👎

I’ll never eat here again. I got food poisoning after eating at Tahini’s — and so did three of my friends. It was so bad I had to go to the hospital. I’ve already reported it to the Durham Region Health Department.
Really wish I had read the recent reviews before coming. Clearly we’re not the only ones this has happened to. This place seriously needs to be looked into. Highly avoid.

FOOD is excellent. Employees are doing as best they can. BUT, having only 1 employee on most days and especially on the weekend is RIDICULOUS MANAGEMENT! How can you expect 1 employee to take orders AND prepare food? I was in twice, once during the week. I left because I could not wait. The place was busy. I came again this past Sunday. I ordered, as did 5 others. Just when he started to prepare food, 3 more customers came in. I left, went home, came back 20-minutes later and still had to wait 5-minutes. MANAGEMENT IS NOT TREATING THEIR EMPLOYEES OR CUSTOMERS WELL. This is a Management Problem.

Ordered two can dine for for 19.99 and was to come with fries. (Included) Staff at the location stated no fries come with it and walked away.
I like Tahinis but will find a different location. I often order online and they don't start making until I arrive, kinda defeats the purpose. The 11am open time on the door is a suggested time. So many other options for quick lunches and don't need the attitude. Reached out to customer service as well. Not sure why, as I've spent more time on this than I should have.
