I’ve visited this place many times, but unfortunately, it has gone from acceptable to somewhere I will not return to. A few days ago, I went in and waited quite a while for someone to take my order, but no one even bothered. I left with no food, feeling disappointed, though I chose not to leave a review at that time, thinking maybe they were busy or having a rough day.
I gave it another chance and visited again. This time, someone did take my order, which was fine, but the food I received was very disappointing. The portion was unacceptably small, and the quality was far from what it used to be.
I don’t know what happened to this place, and sadly, I won’t be visiting again.

I went to pick up an Uber Eats order on Thursday at 11:25 PM. Even though the staff member working there was clearly busy with other tasks, he still took the time to help me place the order in my thermal bag. He was a very kind and respectful gentleman.
In times like these, it's rare to come across people who go above and beyond with such a positive attitude. Despite how busy the restaurant was, he had the order ready single-handedly while managing other responsibilities. His kindness and helpfulness truly stood out.
We need more people like him in today’s world. Thank you for your professionalism and warm gesture!

I ordered a Korean BBQ wrap and after waiting 40 minutes, I received something completely different. When I called to complain, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and hung up on me. They clearly don’t care about their customers. Horrible service—I won’t be ordering here again

The wrap did not had any sauce. Zero sauce not even a drop. Despite including extra sauce and paying for in the order. $12 not worth for wrap. Tahinis should focus on considering management and store review.

Amazing service here! Saad was exceptional, extremely polite, kind, and quick. He really went above and beyond and made my visit a great experience. I don’t usually leave reviews, but good customer service is hard to come by. Give this man a raise!
