Thai Express Restaurant Oshawa

I ordered over $50.00 worth of food and was disappointed. The mango salad was 99% chopped lettuce. The dumplings were burnt and should have not reached the customer and the food . I was turned off by then . Will not order again

I must say this is the most beautiful outlet of “Thai Express” I have ever been to. The staff (a guy) was very friendly and welcoming 😊 The food was delicious.

My wife and I stopped in yesterday for the best soup I’ve ever had at the OTC. The young lady that served us was very nice and made sure our experience there was a good one and it was. The pad Thai was excellent and you have to give there soup a try you won’t regret it!

Food was terrible - the rice is old and cheap. Each of my families meals were dry and lacked flavour. Thai Express used to be so good, however this place is terrible. Avoid

Have been to multiple Thai express and have found each one varies. This one skimps on the amount of food they give you. Ordered chicken pad Thai which is what I order everytime from any Thai express I go to and this one does not put the same amount others do. For $15 you guys should not be skimping on the chicken amount. Stop being cheap and then asking for a tip on top, do better.

Ordered MILD chicken pad Thai and received it very spicy. Also had another order with battered chicken and received regular chicken. The cashier seemed to be pretty distracted and clearly wasn’t listening. Very disappointing because the pad Thai was for my children and now they will not eat it

I am super disappointed coming to this restaurant ordering vegetarian meal and getting chicken, …. The staff laughed at me!!!

A delicious and healthy takeout meal. Being a vegetarian I was happy to be able to order a vegetarian pad Thai meal.
Their spring rolls are crispy and delicious with plum sauce.
Convenient with plenty of free parking available.

Place is located at a convenient location with lots of parking. Food is good and portions are good as well. Staff are friendly and service is quick. They regularly have deals going. Wouldn’t consider them authentic Thai, nevertheless they offer good food, simple menu. They use breaded chicken and the coating in some case is more than the chicken itself, otherwise all good.

Whoever closes at this location closes the door at 9.15 stating they need to clean. The store is supposed to be open till 10. UNACCEPTABLE
