Came here this morning with my toddler who is very “particular” with his food. They didn’t have any of the take-out boxes which he is obsessed with… The staff went above and beyond to find him some of the smaller kids boxes and he was over the moon! As parents, we were so grateful for this kindness and that we didn’t have to deal with a meltdown. They didn’t have to accommodate, but they did and it speaks volumes! Food was yummy and the restaurant was clean and cozy! We will be returning!

The place looks refreshed, much cleaner than before. Food is quick and tastes good. Much better service than my last visit in summer. Probably change of ownership, cuz staff are much more welcoming.

Thai express has gone down hill immensely. I got both a chicken pad Thai and a beef one. The chicken tasted funky like it was cooked days prior. Was 100% old and not fresh. Beef was awful. To be honest I have tasted better Thai food in the freezer section of a grocery store. Was not worth the money. I feel very ripped off. Do not recommend and will never be back.

THIS IS FOR THE NEW OWNERS. TOOK OVER IN NOV 2025. I miss the crew at Michelle's restaurant . This place is now very different. The bowls are cardboard and half the size of the portion. So for 17$ I got half the size that used to come in the white plastic bowls. Temperature wasnt hot. How am I going to live my twice a week visits with out the old owners. 🤔

Finally decided to go back to this location since I was in the area. Noticed that the people there are different and asked. Yes, its under new management (new owners). Much friendlier than that of the past. Ordered my standard Shrimp Pad Thai (as I always base my comparisons on that dish at all the places that I go to). Way better than before. Customer service was awesome. Will now definitely make this a weekly meal with family. No doubt about it.

Very tasty, healthy food. The yellow curry chicken with rice is very tasty. Friendly service and kind host.

I ordered over $50.00 worth of food and was disappointed. The mango salad was 99% chopped lettuce. The dumplings were burnt and should have not reached the customer and the food . I was turned off by then . Will not order again

:::Wonderful restaurant:::

I must say this is the most beautiful outlet of “Thai Express” I have ever been to. The staff (a guy) was very friendly and welcoming 😊 The food was delicious.

My wife and I stopped in yesterday for the best soup I’ve ever had at the OTC. The young lady that served us was very nice and made sure our experience there was a good one and it was. The pad Thai was excellent and you have to give there soup a try you won’t regret it!

Food was terrible - the rice is old and cheap. Each of my families meals were dry and lacked flavour. Thai Express used to be so good, however this place is terrible. Avoid

Have been to multiple Thai express and have found each one varies. This one skimps on the amount of food they give you. Ordered chicken pad Thai which is what I order everytime from any Thai express I go to and this one does not put the same amount others do. For $15 you guys should not be skimping on the chicken amount. Stop being cheap and then asking for a tip on top, do better.
