the woman taking my order was extremely rude, if you work with customers you should be kind and helpful i am extremely disappointed

I ordered chicken pad see-ew and it wasn’t very tasty, and came to $16 which was a little pricey for the quality.

Ordered and left for 2 mins, my order was ready and missing my touffu. I realized there was a box of Thai before me, they just give it to me. Shame on you. Charging for the touffu and exchanging with another box of Thai already done. Shame shame.

They probably don't care for reviews but service was very rude. Food is also not as good as other Thai Express locations. It's fast food yes but that shouldn't excuse this type of behaviour.

Over $16 for Thai noodle soup, in a small plastic bowl with 3 small pieces of chicken and the most watered down broth I have ever tasted. This is not Thai food...

Bought Thai pineapple Fried rice and there were barely any chicken. Most chunks were just byproducts and few pieces of meat which didn’t taste good at all. This is 2nd occurrence and I am not going back to this location anymore (the chunks in the picture is not actually chicken). I’m not going to pay $18 for nothing.

Amazing experience, the pricing is very reasonable compared to the Chinese food place, the atmosphere is great, they cook your fresh food infront of you. The staff are VERY friendly, they were jolly and wished me happy new year! Highly recommended.

NOTE: Medium heat is Very spicy! I recommend mild or none.

How is this store still open? Doesn’t Oshawa Centre have standards anymore? Bought a drink here because the lines were long in the food court during holiday shopping. Instead of grabbing the orange pop bottle visible in the fridge the guy at the counter reached down low and pulled one out. I didn’t think much of until my husband had a sip and said it tasted flat. We checked and it was well past expiry date. I can only imagine the quality of the food. Sneaky.

Extremely disappointed, requested for some extra sauce and it was not added on my food and charged $1.20. Good job

I asked that I need noodles with chicken and it should be heavy spicy. The noodles they served was no spicy but sweet. When I went to complain, the lady told me that it is like that. I wasted my $16. Will never trust what they say and never visit them again.
