Waited here for 15 mins, no worker out front to take an order. Called and no one picked up. Maybe the staff walked off? Around 2:45 pm.

It was 2:43 pm and they would not serve me as it was 2:33 and they were closed cause they needed to clean the back room. The place doesn’t close until 3pm!!! Plus I had to pay for parking!!!

My New Favorite. Absolute the GOAT！

I just had an incredible meal at Thai Express and had to share my experience. This place is a gem!

First of all, the Tom Yum Goong is absolutely phenomenal. It's the perfect balance of spicy, sour, and savory, with a rich, aromatic broth that is simply bursting with flavor. The shrimp were cooked perfectly. It's honestly one of the best I've ever had.

I also ordered the Pad Thai, and it did not disappoint. It was authentic, with the right amount of sweetness and tang, and the noodles had that perfect soft-yet-chewy texture. Topped with plenty of peanuts and fresh bean sprouts, it was a classic done right.

But what truly made our visit exceptional was the service. The front staff member was incredibly friendly and so nice. She was patient while we decided, offered great recommendations, and had a genuine warmth that made us feel very welcome. It’s clear the team here cares about their customers.

As someone who can't plan their next meal, this Thai fast food restaurant is perfect for me. You get freshly cooked food with a short wait. And, it's worth mentioning that they prepare your food right in front of you. It's incredibly reassuring; there's nothing better than watching your food being prepared right before your eyes. It's both enjoyable and reassuring. The food is delicious, and I especially love their soups. I always feel completely refreshed after each one. The service is generally excellent, though you have to eat in the public area of ​​the mall, and the lighting is a bit dim for my taste. Otherwise, everything else is good.

It’s not the food that Is bad because there food is amazing but DONT Order from their website. I ordered food and never got it because when we went to pick it up they were closed even though the email receipt said order will be ready for pick up at 5:10pm and that’s the time we went there. I called the next day and they are saying that they cant see the order on their end even though I’m showing them a receipt and all we asked them to do was make the food that we ordered and they said they couldn’t unless we pay for it again because they have no order showing on their end from the day before because they were closed. It just doesn’t make sense why there website would let us order when they were closed. Even though we had a receipt showing proof that we paid already they refused to make it unless we pay a second time . Don’t recommend ordering online if you eat here.
