I was really excited to try their Pad Thai, but it was honestly one of the worst I’ve had. It tasted like horrible, rotten smell , no freshness, no balance, no love. It’s a shame because I wanted to support this restaurant, but this dish needs a serious redo.

I was in the restaurant for my first time last week. The green curry beef i ordered was disgusting!!! I will never step foot in that place again. I was so angry, you pay good money for food these days!!! Green curry was old and needed to be thrown out!!

If there was a zero star option I would have choose that. I ordered shrimp Pad Thai medium spicy $18 meal. It was literally noodles, eggs, shrimp, bean sprouts, the sauce tasted like hot sauce & Ketchup mixture, and the noodles were swimming inside. No flavor, not peanut, just noodles swimming in hot sauce. I picked out the shrimp trying to get something for my $18... horrible!

This Thai Express is so slow! Definitely sticking to Costco Thai location next time. Seems like good ol skip the dishes delivery comes before regular customers.

Popped in briefly to get some lunch and the place was nice and clean and the server at the counter was wonderful and welcoming. Patient with trying to do some modifications and the food was quick to come out after ordering. It was a lovely experience and would definitely come back.

This is by far the worst experience we’ve had at a Thai Express. The customer service is awful. Today we went in and ordered two stir fry meals. The lady helping us recommended I get the tamarind chili stir fry, which I agreed to try. After smelling it and taking one bite I was disgusted. It smelled off, like it had gone bad. We took the meal back to the same lady and politely asked if I could have a different stir fry. She responded by saying “You don’t like the tamarind? Well I like it”. And they refused to give me a replacement. They said I would have to buy a whole new meal. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. It is important to offer some sort of resolution to the customer. This place did not do that, instead, the manager came over and told me “I should have known what tamarind tastes like”.
Avoid this location at all costs. They don’t have good customer service, they will just reply to your complaint with a generic message asking you to fill out a form. The Thai Express on Garden in Whitby is much better and the food tastes fresher.

I have been to this restaurant dozens of times. But will not be returning after my experience today. I asked for a single packet of soya sauce and was told I have to pay as it only comes with meals. I have spent hundreds of dollars here. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Super impressed with the food and service here. Everything we tried—from Pad Thai to red curry and green curry (favorite!!!) —was full of flavor and really fresh. Tons of menu options for all tastes and spice levels, plus great choices for vegetarians too.
What really stood out was how careful they were with our kid’s nut allergy. The staff took it seriously, double-checked ingredients, and made sure everything was safe. That kind of care means a lot to families.

Great customer service and consistently delicious food. I love that they offer a variety of spice levels. The portion sizes are generous, the food is fresh, and it always tastes amazing. Last week I had their Basil Fried Rice with beef, and it was packed with flavor and had just the right level of heat (I went with medium). The staff were quick to take my order, gave helpful suggestions, and had my food ready in no time. It's the little things like their attention to detail and clean dining area that make this place stand out. Highly recommend for anyone craving Thai food.
