Not setup for handicap! Poor setup ramp to access but wouldn't let us in blocked with a table?? Weird. Told we had to go back down ramp and around to another ramp. Ridiculous! Put up signs to direct people. No wonder the place was empty on a Saturday afternoon.

I've been here several times over the years with friends and family and it's always been pleasant. However, this time when I brought my daughter and grandchildren it wasn't as great. My daughter ordered a draft beer and it was warm and flat. When she told the waitress she offered another one which of course is out of the question because it's obviously a problem, so she asked for a bottle of beer. We were still charged the same amount and I heard the waitress trying to sell another draft mentioning to the other waitress that if they complained they could get something else. So they were still selling the warm flat beer, trying to get rid of it I guess

First i waited over an hour for a table and then the staff was extremely rude once they got to us. When I got my food and I got food poisoning from the food. It was half cooked and the manager was extremely rude when asked for refund for my uncooked meal.

What was suppose to be a nice evening out with the girls turned into a nightmare. I am very disappointed by the experience I had at this establishment.
As we arrived we were seated at a table in the shade as we requested while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. This was not an issue until our server came over. When our server came to the table she greeted us with attitude and made us feel as if we were not welcomed. We explained that we are just there for a quick bite and drink and will be on our way but our server seemed very stressed and flustered about it. She told us she would only serve us if we sat at a table that was in the sun because the last time we were there we caused problems which is strange considering we have never been there before. We kindly asked if we could speak to a manager to resolve the situation to turn our experience around. I was shocked when the manager came over, he was very unpleasant and delivered even more attitude than the server! He had the opportunity to make things right but wanted to side with the server before allowing us to explain the situation. I have worked in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years and I couldn’t believe what we were experiencing.
I am extremely disappointed in the way things were handled. This was my first and last time I will be visiting the jube. I hope the staff can gain some respect and better communication skills moving forward.

I stopped by 'The Jube' for dinner, mainly because it's the only option within the park. The food was standard, nothing special or memorable.
Given the lack of alternatives, it might be worth a visit if you're looking to dine within the park. However, the prices felt a bit steep for the quality of food. If you're looking for a convenient option while enjoying the park, 'The Jube' might suffice, but don't expect anything exceptional.

A couple weeks ago, I went here with a friend and Sierra happened to be our server. She was one of the sweetest servers I've had for a while, very understanding and helpful. The food here was also perfect and of course the placement on the lake helps to get into the vibes of The Jube. Overall great experience! We loved Sierra!

Went there to listen to one of my favourite bands 2 FOR THE SHOW. on July 24th/25. Met several friends. We wear 8 of us on tables 10 and 21. Our waitress was Amber. She was an absolute doll! we had great service with a friendly smile the whole time. She had the right personality for that job. I renamed her AMAZING AMBER!! it was a busy day but all the servers were happy to be serving their customers. Management did a great job hiring them all. BRAVO. Ill be back with my friends.
