It was alright I honestly just went their cause I was craving fish because I am pregnant but I was very disappointed in the size of fish I got and how oily. it all tasted other then that I would say I do very much like their coleslaw and their fries where nice and crispy but also wasn't given alot of fries either but most of all the atmosphere was nice, their was alot of chatter and laughter which is always nice to hear but I probably wont be going back their to get their fish and chips because the size of the fish was very disappointing for 23 dollars I am just happy I didnt order 1 fish its just a shame cause I live close to this place and it wasn't half bad just disappointing.

Cute little place. Really enjoyed the vibe. Bartender was extremely nice and helpful while having quite a few people to serve with only two wait staff.

Love the wings, so many sauce choices and great price on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Great onion rings and battered fish is pretty good too.

Younger bartender treated me like shit when I had to charge my phone to pay and when I didn’t pay fast enough or finish my beer fast enough she banned me AND my partner who wasn’t even there!

Great food at a reasonable price, and good selection of wines as well. It was very loud when we were there, because of a large gathering of people at one end of the pub.

Wow, this was so disappointing. I ordered a veggie quesadilla and I’m not sure how they got it so wrong. It had Carrots… partially cooked carrots with what I can only imagine was Italian vinaigrette or something. Honestly the worst thing I have ever eaten anywhere. The chicken fingers we ordered were way over done. On the verge of black. The gravy was absolutely horrible and could not be eaten. It was so awful. Do not order food at this bar. Do not.

We, a group of friends from Vadamaradchy 2002, visited this pub and were warmly welcomed. The service was excellent, and the food was served perfectly. There are plenty of choices on the menu at very reasonable prices, all in a pleasant atmosphere. If you’re looking for a pub or dinner spot in Oshawa, Thornton Arms Pub & Grill is definitely our top recommendation.

Hope the pizza on your main menu is better than the pizza on your lunch menu. I am sure it was a pre-bought frozen one from the grocery store.

We ordered wings for take out and when we got home we found an error in the sauce. We asked for the food to be remade due to an allergy. They refused. Terrible Service.
