Went through the drive thru , halfway into my order the guy just rushed me off and said drive up and turned the screen off.... Had to say hello twice to get him back on to finish my order...

Got my 2 Bagels, both of them were with cream cheese, and the amount of cream cheese that actually have is ridiculous.... What did I even pay for. Its unbelievable how little effort they put into making food and the amount of spreads they add to your bagel.

Its like this at almost every time Hortons I go to. So done with Tim Hortons and their lack of quality.

Lott of food flies around the donuts in counter. When I informed to staff at front he said anyways we will be removing in next 30 minutes what does that suppose mean . You want eat customers those donuts in the mean time. That is very bad and u healthy you guys need to protect or cover the food from flies that is what your job working in food industry.

You're going to lose star points after popping the seal aggressively down, when placing on the lid for a walk in. Please don't do that!? After walking 4 city block's, it was all over my hand's, lost 2 large gulps from each cup, and the lids were so messy, the person they we're bought for, would be suspicious of tampering, thereby making me look...???

just ordered from skip the dishes, got 3 cold drinks and no straws and my ice capp wasn't filled up all the way. Plus i have no straw to drink it with and I cant get a new one cause I'm at work, thats why I ordered from Skip.

Small location, no seating, etc. They prioritize the customers in the drivethru, overall the cleanliness isn't the best, the food is sub par for a tim hortons. Of course, i would assume its main traffic is vehicles, and by the looks of it, Uber orders. However, when going in, I would expect service in a decent amount of time and not to be standing at the counter for 5 minutes while waiting for someone to acknowledge there to place an order. High side the workers are nice and polite, and once they take your order, they are fairly quick at serving you.

Very disappointed that this location, specifically the older blonde lady with a lot of black make-up will not serve decaf coffee at 8pm. This is suppose to be a 24hr location, and they never have decaf in the evenings. I wouldn't mind waiting, but she still says no. Just unbelievable.

This is the only Tim Hortons I’ve been to where they make you park and wait for your order after the drive thru almost every time. I’ve ordered. PAID, and THEN they inform me they don’t have something and to park and wait for it to be out. They never give you a time frame.

I’ve been told once to park and wait for 2 iced coffees with no explanation on why this was. I waited 10 minutes for two iced coffees.

When they hand it they leave quick and often forget items I’ve paid for, which after waiting so long for them, is very inconvenient to go back through the drive thru again.

I don’t know if this is an issue with too many online orders, but this is one of the most inconvenient drive thru’s I’ve ever seen from Tim hortons. Hoping they are able to tackle the issue and balance their orders coming in. I don’t mind waiting occasionally but it’s becoming almost every time for small things like coffee or bagels.
