I opted to use the drive thru, find a parking spot in the small lot, and eat my food in my car
The iced capp and bacon farmers wrap were made perfectly
I then enjoyed a small custard tart and took a bite from the apple fritter for my daughter
Both were also perfectly made
This location has a very busy drive thru and they always do a great job keeping the line moving quickly

we called the Tim hortans at the location 338 king street w asking if they have any seating in there and they thought we were prank calling and hung up on us directly. Very rude and disrespectful communication services.

This is my go to Tim Hortons and I frequent it often, however if you order anything outside of a donut, muffin, or coffee… you have to pull out front & wait for it. Not sure if this is their way to cheat how much time they take per driver for some KPI metric so management gets a bonus, or because staff is just that slow at making food, but it’s annoying. The only reason I go much anymore for food is for my partner - otherwise if it was for myself I’d not go other than for coffee.

I went through the drive thru at 11pm on Saturday, January 31st. I came to order two medium teas, both being black. When I came to the drive thru window, the lady showed me TWO TEA BAG POUCHES thinking that I came to Tim Hortons to order JUST TWO TEA BAGS.. I then told her that I ordered two teas BLACK..
I’ll give the benefit of the doubt that she misheard me given how ‘similar’ black and bag sound.. but what I’m still trying to understand is, why would I order a medium tea bag? I didn’t know tea bags came in different sizes..
Nonetheless, this encounter alone led me to drive off and create this review, because I truly couldn’t believe the incompetence and audacity that lady had to even gaslight me, when she stated that I ordered tea bags when I told her at the window EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED WHEN SHE ASKED.
Sherry gave me wonderful service. When I arrived at the drive-through at 12:30 a.m., the latte machine was temporarily closed for cleaning. She kindly asked if I could wait a few minutes and offered to make it once the machine was ready. I said okay, and she was so patient, helpful, and friendly throughout. She truly made my day, because for me, no latte means everything is not okay 😊

Got my coffee today (Jan 3, 2025) around 1pm. The woman at the drivethrough window hands me my coffee, then picks her nose and rubs her face.... I immediately threw out my coffee.
The coffee was also the wrong order.

Ordered 3 chicken noodle soups for my kids. 2 were good up to the standard but 1 of the soups had barely any noodles in it it barely any chicken. I called and told them but they just say sorry. Also when I tried to ask the lady wearing the mask on the counter if they had chicken noodle soup for sale today (because sometimes they don’t have it) she refused to answer my question (only a simple short yes or no would have suffice) then after waiting for a while with my kid (we were inside, she ask the guy serving if there was any left, obviously they were running low. They could have have been nice about the whole thing but now they act like they are doing you a favor even when you’re the client paying for stuff. There was no offer to get a refund or a new soup (zero) they just have rude people working there now. This happened on DEC 7/2025 around 4:45pm.

The worst one. Always messes up our orders cause they rush. Or then told to park for a drink. I order mochas alot and get double double, so stuck paying more. As well as homeless people surrounding and never leave, or drug addicts coming to our car while being told to go park. The managers dont do anything. Always something at this Tims

This drive through is ridiculously slow. I get it. sometimes things happen. But it should take 20 minutes to get through drive through every time. The window staff is also generally rude and dismissive. Sucking their teeth at you and everything seems like you’re inconveniencing them. Kids run the store. No actual adults seem to be in charge. Does any management even occasionally do a mystery shopper to validate this? Go through one time and you’ll see how terrible this location is

I went through the drive-thru twice today, and both experiences were disappointing.
The first time, the woman at the window didn’t even let me finish my order. As soon as she heard “double double,” she immediately said “drive,” cutting me off.
The second time, in the morning, I ordered a steeped tea but the staff entered coffee instead. When I corrected him, he sighed loudly — something I could clearly hear through the drive-thru speaker. That kind of attitude is really unprofessional and leaves a bad impression.

I enjoyed visiting this location daily, with the recent staff swap the quality of food and service has gone down drastically. Rushing customers orders all around the vibe for this new staff is careless and seems more interested in socializing. Todays wrap was over cooked to the point i could use the bread to cut someone it was soo hard.
