This drive through is ridiculously slow. I get it. sometimes things happen. But it should take 20 minutes to get through drive through every time. The window staff is also generally rude and dismissive. Sucking their teeth at you and everything seems like you’re inconveniencing them. Kids run the store. No actual adults seem to be in charge. Does any management even occasionally do a mystery shopper to validate this? Go through one time and you’ll see how terrible this location is

I ordered the farmers wrap and it made my stomach upset, nausea and diarrhea.The food is no good , not fresh,always make me sick. I won’t visit here any more.

I went through the drive-thru twice today, and both experiences were disappointing.
The first time, the woman at the window didn’t even let me finish my order. As soon as she heard “double double,” she immediately said “drive,” cutting me off.
The second time, in the morning, I ordered a steeped tea but the staff entered coffee instead. When I corrected him, he sighed loudly — something I could clearly hear through the drive-thru speaker. That kind of attitude is really unprofessional and leaves a bad impression.

I enjoyed visiting this location daily, with the recent staff swap the quality of food and service has gone down drastically. Rushing customers orders all around the vibe for this new staff is careless and seems more interested in socializing. Todays wrap was over cooked to the point i could use the bread to cut someone it was soo hard.

Ola (hopefully I'm spelling that right) is a very kind and helpful employee! She helped me redeem my Tim Hortons app points when they wouldn’t work, and even though I told her I could just pay, she kept helping me until it worked. Such a kind and helpful person!

Around 7:30 p.m. on Thanksgiving I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 10-pack of Timbits. When I got to the window the lady was one of the most inhospitable Tim Hortons workers I've ever met in my life. I didn't catch her name but she was wearing a gray niqab and didn't speak a SINGLE WORD to me. When I got to the window she didn't tell me the price she just stuck the interact machine out the window. After I paid she then stuck the box of Timbits out the window without saying a word. After I took the box of timbits she immediately turned away. Not once did I get a Hello, thank you, have a nice evening, not even a bye. I sat there in amazement and before I drove off I told her that I've never received this type of treatment at Tim Hortons ever, then she decided to say have a good evening as I was driving away but this was only after I called her out

It was Saturday afternoon around 12:10. Shift manager and a colleague who was packing delivery order was very unprofessional and not helpful at all to sort out a mistake done by them. The ledy was looking at me like it was my mistake and she keept looking at mewith hale lot of anger rather making order. She was very rude and disrespectful and the guy was same and keep arguing with me 10/15 minutes. Very unprofessional place.

I go to this tim hortons before work multiple times a week. For the past year almost daily a man is standing at drive through begging for money, waving and trying to get your attention. One time I decided to go inside the tim hortons instead and he came up and asked if he can use my phone, i said no but if he needed to reach someone i dont mind making a phonecall. There was no answer and he kept insisting I call again and again before I was weirded out and said I needed to go. The service has always been decent, the coffee good enough to start your day and the food ok. Not sure why they haven't asked him to stop begging in drive through its a daily occurrence and after the phone situation I just avoid this timmies and go out of my way to visit another location.

If you want cream ya better let them know. If you want your order right go inside! Food is ok I guess seen worse but don’t like that they offer no napkins or forks for food. A couple rude staff members but above all store is acceptable.

Good coffee I dont understand how they dont want to cut a bagel in half ffs
Went through the drive thru , halfway into my order the guy just rushed me off and said drive up and turned the screen off.... Had to say hello twice to get him back on to finish my order...
Got my 2 Bagels, both of them were with cream cheese, and the amount of cream cheese that actually have is ridiculous.... What did I even pay for. Its unbelievable how little effort they put into making food and the amount of spreads they add to your bagel.
Its like this at almost every time Hortons I go to. So done with Tim Hortons and their lack of quality.
