9/10 times my order is wrong or is a mess when i get it due to packing food sideways, super inconsistent with ice capp. They rush me when i dont answer in a split second, all around they need to take their job seriously

DOUBLE CHARGEDI had a free coffee with points and also ordered a lrg iced cap. The server scanned my code on my phone and said I still owed $4.74, but that my coffee was free. I brought up my bank app to check and see if the payment went through (which it did). She got the manager and he also said that the payment had not gone through on their end. I physically showed them my bank app and said I wouldn't be paying twice for my iced cap. Then, all of a sudden it went through no problem (according to the manager). I checked again when I got home and was DOUBLE CHARGED! How the hell were they able to double charge my card when I didn't give them my info the 2nd time???? SHAME, SHAME!!!

Worst Tim Hortons in Oshawa maybe even in the durham region. Worked here before owners changed, once they did change the new managers did nothing of protocol and care more about getting things out the window rather then the quality. Now when I go in I get rude stares from the managers becuase I quit over a year ago. Do NOT recommend going here at all. ALSO their aggs are almost always expired and green inside, don't know how they pass safety. If you can, stay away from this place.

I am appalled at the amount of time it takes to get one cup of coffee here. 11 minutes with 2 people in the drive thru and nobody in the store. 6 employees standing around inside the window!!!! Get your stuff together. This was absolutely unacceptable. THE COFFEE EVEN HAD CREAM AND IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE MILK??
