Tried to charge me extra for whip topping with my Carmel ice Capp. Spilled a xl coffee n had to remake it. The whole store smelled of urine or spoiled milk. Pleasent service tho.

They put raw bacon in my turkey bacon club. When I questioned them on it, they outright lied to my face and said the bacon was cooked. It was still white and cold.Avoid this location unless you want food poisoning.

Awful.. waiting in restaurant for 11 min and not a single person (8 behind counter) made eye contact nor helped. Drive though from what I can see inside had 3 cars come the entire time. Man Tim hortons management sure sucks.. manage your location properly.. this is ridiculous. Gladly and proudly will I bring my business elsewhere. I hope those that read this don't waste their time with the less than satisfactory customer service and terrible terrible time management. Zero stars weren't an option.. terrible location.

My french vanilla tastes like warm water more than the vanilla it usually is at stores, my bagel wasn't toasted as I've asked for and saw on the computer screen. Why is it every Tim Horton's have different standards and different tastes ? Should have known something was up when it wasnt busy inside at all. Now I know don't go to this Tim's unless you want water down drinks and uncooked food !

As it seems lately they can’t seem to stock what they have on their menu also even with all the new gadgets 1 out 3 coffees are Burnt in flavour just note I don’t blame the company but the customer service as every Canadian looking forward to their morning Double Double receives a burnt just sets the day for a bad day

Stood in line 5mins to be told no debt or credit then had to stand in line again another 5mins then they forgot my 2coffees only order so waited another 5-10mins till someone asked me rudely why i was standing their good service...
