Alot of great staff too many to name but Phillis and Cheryl take the cake and steal the show 2 hard working employees that I watch put up with alot of the riff Raff day in and day out.
Thank you for still making it feel like home in the mornings dispite all you deal with all day.

The day shift is amazing, is you have questions or concerns they will address as soon as possible and when it is safe to do for all involved.
The dine-in experience is getting better overall, but it is because this Tim Hortons is close to the downtown core which is easily accessible for those who out on the streets which can sometimes make is a bit nerve-wracking. The staff has taken steps to help keep everyone safe while they access this Tim Hortons.

If you want to put in an order wait 20 mins and be told your food got given to drive thru cause they prioritize it more than this is the place for you. Waited 20 min for a chilli I paid for to be told I had to pick something else or wait another 20 min cause they gave it to a drive thru customer. On top of that I understand this is a location in downtown Oshawa and they have to deal with a lot of undesirable people to say the least but that doesn’t mean you need to treat every other customer like a junkie. A shame cause I live across the street but this will be my last time supporting this franchise location. Walk in customers should be treated with the same consideration and not be told to wait longer or have their food given away so they can have lower drive thru numbers. Apparently unless your in a car they don’t care about your services
