I am almost daily buy coffee from this Tim Horton drive through.We ordered for extra large coffee with four sweaters and four chocolate milk and belt .The order taker taker lady was so rude as we repeatedly couldn’t understand our order.Hence we give our coffee order for three times but she instead of listening properly refused to take our order saying you are yelling whereas she was new order taker and keep saying for repeat of order .Anyway we moved to next window for order where manager name jeff was standing he took our order but his face was smile less as well his attitude was so rude we tried to explain him at the end of our order but he didn’t gave us employee name who was so rude and refused to take our order .His behavior was like we are getting free of cost coffee. Few times before we are served with wrong order on this tim location so I recommend everyone who ordered please check that he is served exactly what he ordered for.

Tim's is overcharging and it's not just because prices increased. They are taxing your tax! Example: steeped tea is 2.19 and 2.30 with tax. Fine (well not fine. That price is ridiculous!) But if you get TWO steeped teas it totals to 4.90. How? When 2X2.30 is 4.60!! If you watch the board as you put your order in it says 2.19, subtotal = 2.30 and second tea shows 2.19, subtotal 2 30...THEN they subtotal AGAIN which adds tax again!! This is illegal ( they already increased prices from 2.10 and now this? I believe they are training staff wrong. SUBTOTAL must add tax. They should just add the next item and NOT use the subtotal button until the end. Whatever they are doing it needs to stop. The Tim's at Wilson and King are doing the same. And this is just tea! CHECK THE TOTALS BEFORE YOU PAY!!!
