I'm a bit disappointed with this location, me and my younger sister ordered drinks and food. I got an iced latte and I had to get it remade since they didn't make it right and when they gave me the remake it also wasn't made right. I work at Tim Hortons and the build for the iced lattes have changed and they are still making them the old way which we're not supposed to do anymore, it doesn't seem like they've watched their videos on the new builds at all. I also asked for no ice and got ice which isn't really a big deal, but there is definitely a difference between the new build and old build for the iced lattes with texture and taste, for the new build it's supposed to go syrup, espresso, whip it, then milk then ice. They did syrup, milk, ice, espresso, and did not whip the espresso at all. At my location we have reminders posted by the espresso machine for the iced lattes as well which in the videos it's posted on their espresso machine as well so I'm assuming this location has it as well and they just ignored it not wanting to make them the right way and just wanted to get it out fast.

This honestly has to be one of the worst tim hortons around. We only come here cause it's close by. Three times I've ordered timbits and they were all wrong. Seems like their staff is trying to troll people, or they must hate their jobs.
First time I got 10, asked for assorted with no powder ones. I got mainly powder ones.
Second time, I got 20. Asked for 10 birthday cake , 5 chocolate, 5 sourcream. They gave me 10 chocolate, 4 birthday cake, 6 assorted.
Third time, I got 10. Asked for only birthday cake and chocolate. I got 5 chocolate and 4 birthday. My husband also ordered a ice capp and a tea for me. Tell me why I got a coffee instead when we asked for tea.
All the staffs here looks miserable working here.
