Everytime I buy food I have to check to make sure they actually have everything they list on it, got a farmers wrap this morning they didn’t put sausage on just egg and hashbrown terrible service make sure you check your food

They have 8 people working in the store dut takes 15 minutes to order your food just sad they push the drive through to keep their bonus but if you walk in store you might as well pull up with a blanket because your waiting 20 to 25 minutes

Monday, October 21st, 2024. My husband and I stopped at thr drive through to grab breakfast. 2 (12) grain bagels and 2 coffees. I am truly disappointed as I understand the drive-through is on a time clock, and you have a limited time to process the order, but at what cause? Our bagels are just gross and unbeatable. I asked for a TOASTED!! Bagels with cream cheese tomatoes and salt and pepper And the other order TOASTED with Cheddar Cheese. The bagels were cold , NOT TOASTED AND the one with Salt.. I couldn't eat it because of the amount of salt they added - I could not eat it. This was terrible - I have never given a Tims review until now because I feel it is important that service is not neglected in a world where everything is expensive but the experience and service should not be jeopardize. You can be better.
