Thank you to this lovely establishment who saved my purse today I left it there by accident, and I just have to say great customer service I've never had an issue here with any of the employees, they're all super nice i've only ever had one bad experience happen and the employees fixed it immediately my order is always right (except that one time)and overall, just a great experience in this location compared to a few others

Just got a wrap to take to eat by the lake and this is what I got. Very dissapointed. And chicken isnt even cooked well.. cold. Tim hortons you need to do better... you should not get away with serving something like this. Tim hortons has gone really down hill in my option. And why I rarely get it anymore. I hoped today would be different and it wasnt. Please do better!!!

This Tim Hortons is always reliable! The staff are friendly and welcoming, and my orders come out fresh and accurate every time. The location is clean and well-kept, and even when it’s busy the team works hard to keep things moving quickly. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons in Oshawa for both service and quality.

I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff were friendly, patient, and quick with my order, even though it was busy. My coffee was fresh and exactly how I like it, and the food came out warm and well-prepared. The location is convenient, the drive-thru moves at a good pace, and the inside was clean and welcoming. It’s definitely a reliable spot when I’m in the area, and I’ll keep coming back for the good service and consistency.
Went inside to order as we were ordering food as well as coffee. Ordered a large iced coffee, got a medium. They handed us our coffee at one end of their counter and just dropped the food off at the other end without a word to us that it was done.

I'm a bit disappointed with this location, me and my younger sister ordered drinks and food. I got an iced latte and I had to get it remade since they didn't make it right and when they gave me the remake it also wasn't made right. I work at Tim Hortons and the build for the iced lattes have changed and they are still making them the old way which we're not supposed to do anymore, it doesn't seem like they've watched their videos on the new builds at all. I also asked for no ice and got ice which isn't really a big deal, but there is definitely a difference between the new build and old build for the iced lattes with texture and taste, for the new build it's supposed to go syrup, espresso, whip it, then milk then ice. They did syrup, milk, ice, espresso, and did not whip the espresso at all. At my location we have reminders posted by the espresso machine for the iced lattes as well which in the videos it's posted on their espresso machine as well so I'm assuming this location has it as well and they just ignored it not wanting to make them the right way and just wanted to get it out fast.
