This morning crew almost always makes my Americano perfectly! And it's annoyingly time-consuming with an extra espresso shot, so I appreciate you making it right when a lot of other locations do not. Also, morning crew customer service in particular is great :)

Just got 2 coffees - tasting very diluted.
Ordered 2 bagles both with butter , toasted a Herb and garlic cream cheese. Got home - very little cheese on the bagles. Very disappointed with the order. Will not buy this food again.

Went to Tim's on Sunday and was quite impressed.The gentleman who took my order was very pleasant and helpful. He was efficient and engaged with his customers.It seemed to be all young people working when I visited and they were all keeping busy and working well together.
