If my morning starts off with Jenny I know it's gonna be an amazing morning. When she greets you at the window she always has a smile on her face and makes sure your stuff is right and exactly how you ordered. This place gets 5 stars off her service alone! Besides that my coffee is always made right and the other workers are nice. It's a nice place to get your morning started off right.
EDIT: Miranda as well for the afternoons is just wonderful, she's always so sweet and chats with me at the window. Makes me feel like part of the Tims fam!

I can’t say enough good things about the staff that work at this location in the mornings between 6 and 7 AM. They are the friendliest, kindest, not to mention quickest location I have ever visited. I don’t know all of their names but certainly Jenny who greets me at the window most mornings is so lovely! Thank you for showing up every day with a smile, you certainly make my day!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share this experience. The manager on duty (a white woman, unfortunately I didn’t get her name) displayed a disappointing lack of professionalism and people skills. Her attitude was condescending—not only toward me as a customer, but also toward her own colleagues. This interaction took place on October 17th around 8:30 a.m. I truly hope management addresses this, as customer service and respectful leadership make all the difference in a business.

5 stars for every thing . I mean what a store. I always go there after my work at night, They just take your order at the drive thru and as you go to the window it’s ready. Everyone is so fast. Especially the very tall lady at the window she was so sweet and just smiling all the time. I love going to this location all the time.
