There is a person, full-time, whom I believe, today, out of sheer laziness and ignorance, maliciously, tainted my beverage with product I did not ask for or want. Now, I feel like I have to micro-manage. Buyers beware. Changing my star rating now. The world we live in. It still tastes funny, but I'm not going to start a war over something so petty. Instead I will voice my thoughts. I am upset. I feel uncomfortable sitting here and now feel a need to leave and if I come back again, I will choose who serves me. Distressing.
A late opening (6am). Distressing. Just came from King and Wilson because they could not open (5am) due to inadequate staffing. Fruit flies here too.12

Abir served us at the counter. He is very kind, friendly and polite. We had a couple of delicious coffee drinks and ate a couple Honey crullers. Before he served us, he took an elderly lady's order and was so kind to her. When her order was ready, he brought it directly to her table. Thank you Abir for being such a conscientious human being...Tim Horton's should count themselves lucky to have you as their employee!

The worst Tim hortons ever the lady working there forgot to prepare my order which basically was just an ice cap. She took so much time that I kinda missed my school assembly.

Went through drive-through to get a steep tea donut and 2 timbits. tea was just above Half full ask them to add more tea and the young manager and the staff looked at each other and smiled. It’s like it was a joke. drove away, grab my donut which was almost ripped in half and almost had no glaze on it. STOP ADDING WATER to you GLAZE.

Today I came here for coffee and stood up in a line. As every computer has its own line. As i was giving my order a guy was standing in the corner came and started abusing the girl who was taking the order her name is Julie saying that she didn't take her order first because he came before me i said sorry to him and gave him a place to order and told him that you should be standing in line not in the corner but that guy kept using his abusive behavior toward that girl even she said sorry but trust me what great patience she has and great customer service even guy was yelling at her but she kept her self very calm. What a great lady every tim horton's should have people like her. Amazing customer service. I wish her good luck in her life.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a large French vanilla. Got home and had a sip and it was a freakin’ chicken noodle soup in a cup! Not impressed. Called and spoke with a male Supervisor who refused to give his name. Said I could come back and get a new one. Kind of defeats the purpose of going through the drive thru. Won’t be going back.

Best Tim Hortons seriously. The staff are really on the ball. The tables could use a little more frequent wiping at lunch time but I get it. It’s not full service but honestly this place is great. Shoutout to sadman , Alyssa, Sherry, and Jenny for top notch drive through service. - the extra almond milk guy lol.
