People here are too slow,ordered 4 icecapp (2med.2small) and it took them 25mins.to make.plss make sure to double time when making orders!

The working people need more training. My husband and I went to have our breakfast and on the order the food was missing, the condiments were missing. Two times we had to go back to get our food right.

The place was nice but the coffee and the food taste so BAD there was no suger so it just taste like water and mix. The coffee had no CREAM.

We came this morning to order breakfast and spent $27 on 2 triple-triples, 2 French Vanillas, and egg sandwiches & 3 Cheese Twists. Our French Vanillas had no sugar or flavor at all and our coffees had no milk at all. The 3 Cheese Twists had no cheese! A cheese twist with no cheese is just a twist like what is this? These similar problems had been occurring since the beginning of this year, as we had gone to this same location multiple times this year.

Constantly out of stock of basic items. Tim Hortons doesn’t take themselves seriously and customers can’t rely on them

They never have food available after 3pm and even in the morning certain bagels are always sold out also front counter staff is way overworked and underpowered countless times i've seen 5-6 people standing talking in drive thru not helping front counter i will be going to a different location from now on.

Some staff are cool and you'd welcome them as family easily and others can't seem to get it together and others have issues with keeping their hands to themselves. While I'm waiting for my order I don't want to see an employee stroke another's arm, and I sure af don't want attitude. And instead of telling ppl to fill out forms to complain have the owner do a meet n greet and get to know his customers and their complaints. That way ppl know he's in the know.

Please go else where when ordering online!!!Not only do they charge an outrageous amount for a delivery fee on skip compared to any other Tim Hortons. But when your order is extremely simple, 1 large double double, medium icacap and 1 chocolate lava cookie they can’t seem get the order correct. This was the only location available on skip at this time making everyone order from here only. They had “forgotten” about putting the lava cookie into the bag. It was a very simple order. When I resolved the issue with skip and went to go see how much one was on the app under this location once again. Tim Hortons had taken the cookie option off!!! Staff needs better training Espically when they know when their running low on product! Would not recommend ordering online for here!

This location is our GO TO location each morning. We frequent this location on a daily basis. Most of the staff know us and our coffee order without having to even ask. The weekday morning staff are all friendly, amazing people!However, it becomes frustrating when the very few decide to argue with us about the accuracy of our order.Our coffee order never changes; a medium and large dd with caramel. If you drink coffee, you know how you get your coffee and you know how you like it.So there was this new male “manager” on this evening (whom we’ve never seen before) and he argued that it’s ONE shot of caramel in each of our coffees, when indeed it’s always been “3 pumps for medium; 4 pumps for large”.As I mentioned above, our order never changes. $5.25 for two mediums, $5.55 for a medium & large. For some reason, this manager thinks we’re supposed to pay for each shot of caramel into our coffee …. How is a manager not aware of the CORRECT syrup to coffee ratio ?I think it should be posted in each store right by the syrup area, that way all employees are on the same page and don’t end up arguing with the customer over it.It’s distasteful customer service when a new manager comes into a location that does not usually work there, and takes it upon himself to argue with a regular customer about their coffee.Tim Hortons, please post the syrup-to-coffee ratio on the wall in the restaurant for employees to view!

This location is horrible for customer service, everyone looks so unhappy and they take it out on the customer, the chicken craveable is dry, dry, dry, I choked on the darn thing!Please people clean up your act, u are representing Tim Hortons, I don't want to escalate to HO.
