This location is the worst of the worst. I frequent tims 3 to 4 times a day. This location can never get it right. I also have use Uber from the location and have stopped because my order is always wrong. I don't understand how hard it is to make a simple tea or iced coffee. I always have to get to my car and take a sip and then walk back in and explain again for it to be remade and still be wrong. I'm just tired of giving them chances to get it right. I'll stick with the location at thickson and taunton from now on. I highly suggest retraining for all staff.

i ordered a peach quencher and when i drink it a fleck of something got in my mouth and i saw the whole bottom of the cup had stuff in it. not supposed to. i went back, they remade it… THE STUFF IS STILL IN IT. Idk if they need to clean their cups better or what but be careful drinking stuff from this location..

The location is very clean but I'm quite disappointed in my experience. I told the cashier that I wanted to use an offer on my app before I offered. She didn't even listen to anything I said other than the word "iced coffee" and then when I got my order and realized something was wrong I went back to her. And she said she only put in one iced coffee as regular price even tho I said I wanted to redeem my offer... My bf wasn't happy with what happened so he didn't want the coffee anymore. So we said no and then she said I got the coffee for free anyways. But I looked and I didn't... So I don't even understand why she said it was free... How disappointing.

Getting a drink is fast but getting a bagel or any sandwich is extremely slow even if place is not busy. It doesn’t make any sense. One bagel was blackened, I am pretty sure whoever prepared it noticed it, why would you pack it?

I got a coffee and told the employee, Mike, that it tasted burnt and that I would like to change it. He responded, “There’s no chance for the coffee to get burned because we don't put it on the burner.” Instead of saying sorry, let me change that for you. His tone and response were not customer service-friendly. I don't have to argue to exchange a drink I paid for… better training is needed. The rest of the staff are great.
