I have given this place several chances to redeem itself as a regular customer and as a food delivery driver. There are always at least half a dozen workers behind the counter but they will still ignore you unless you get their attention. My last transaction was a mobile order for coffee which I waited 15 mins for at the front until I asked someone for it they did not start making it.

No customer service from some staff members. I think they need a responsible adult here to supervise the young ones, They talk amongst themselves and also have side conservations with staff that are not on shift, instead of making sure the right orders go to the right customer.
I pointed out that I had not received my item to two staff members, the first ignored me and the second blamed the other customer for taking the food. Once she completed my order, she placed it on the side, called out the item and walked away before I got to the item, which means SOMEONE else could have taken it AGAIN.
They need to make sure each order is claimed by the right customer before walking away. Very rude.

As Canadians, Tims is our favorite. However, this incident happened in two parts.
Their team member, Rammi may be having a bad day, it showed on his behavior. He was rude and arrogant just for a small double double. His attitude indicated like we were begging for a free coffee.
There was also some miscommunication in taking the order, which was readily replaced by the manager.
I waited in store for a few minutes, and the overall atmosphere was very tensed/stressed which was clearly visible in the body language of all employees.

I assumed Tim Hortons was a franchise and that being said, all should operate in the same manner. Nope, not the case. This location does not use honey like most others. The staff whom helped was very limited to her knowledge and her english language, for that she continued to repeat 5 times, no honey, while I was just trying to understand why?, and her broken english. Disappointed to say the least. Tim Hortons is changing people, fast!1

So, this is 4th time in a row that they gave me my tea bitter as hell, i thought it’s okay for very first time it can be a mistake because this is my daily location but unfortunately no this is never ending i guess. Today again i got tea which i guess is lying in the pot for more than an hour and was so bitter , i have to leave for work right away so cannot even go to exchange , i think it’s upsetting spending money and having nothing out of it specially first thing in morning, making up mind finally today was my last visit to this location will never got there again.

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons today, thanks to the excellent service from Harman. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Despite the busy atmosphere, Harman made sure my order was taken quickly and accurately, and they served everything with a smile. The coffee was perfect, and the overall experience was made even better by the positive attitude and professionalism. I truly appreciate the effort Harman put into making my visit a pleasant one. Will definitely be coming back!
