One of the worst experiences I’ve had at Tim Hortons. I’ve been through this location’s drive-thru a couple of times, and both visits were disappointing. The first time, they gave me a burnt bagel, and the French Vanilla didn’t taste like it usually does—it was completely off. On my second visit, they handed me a damaged cup. Really poor quality and attention to detail. Won’t be returning to this location.

I've been ripped off a couple of times at this location. I wondered why the same order at a different Tim's was a much lower price ($16.01 as opposed to the $27.55 I was charged at this location) and I realized it must be because the staff are charging twice for the same item.

This Tim Hortons was MASSIVE - and the new Blueberry Cheesecake Timbits? Low key slaps. They taper them with the perfect amount of sprinkles and the blueberry filling ensures the flavour doesn’t just fade. Excellent service too.

I have given this place several chances to redeem itself as a regular customer and as a food delivery driver. There are always at least half a dozen workers behind the counter but they will still ignore you unless you get their attention. My last transaction was a mobile order for coffee which I waited 15 mins for at the front until I asked someone for it they did not start making it.

The service they provide is awesome…. I went to many of the tim hortons but this tims is best at all
Vegetarian options: They maintain cleanliness while making vegetarian food
No customer service from some staff members. I think they need a responsible adult here to supervise the young ones, They talk amongst themselves and also have side conservations with staff that are not on shift, instead of making sure the right orders go to the right customer.
I pointed out that I had not received my item to two staff members, the first ignored me and the second blamed the other customer for taking the food. Once she completed my order, she placed it on the side, called out the item and walked away before I got to the item, which means SOMEONE else could have taken it AGAIN.
They need to make sure each order is claimed by the right customer before walking away. Very rude.

As Canadians, Tims is our favorite. However, this incident happened in two parts.
Their team member, Rammi may be having a bad day, it showed on his behavior. He was rude and arrogant just for a small double double. His attitude indicated like we were begging for a free coffee.
There was also some miscommunication in taking the order, which was readily replaced by the manager.
I waited in store for a few minutes, and the overall atmosphere was very tensed/stressed which was clearly visible in the body language of all employees.
