Concern Regarding Hygiene Practices at Tim Hortons – October 19, 2025
Dear [Tim Hortons Customer Service / Manager],
I’m writing to share a concern regarding my recent visit to one of your locations on Sunday, October 19, 2025. While placing my order for a medium coffee, I noticed that the Assistant manager was assisting me—whose name tag identified her as Artika—was wearing a smartwatch during her shift. Additionally, she was not wearing a hair net.
As a long-time customer, I’ve always associated Tim Hortons with strong standards in food safety and hygiene, which is why this experience was quite disappointing.

Service was amazing but this what i got for my whipped cream i can barely see it. Please train you staffs well. Whoever makes orders has to make sure that it properly handled. The white lady who took my order was really sweet tho. Please make sure your beverages are as good as your customer service.

Great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff were friendly, my coffee was fresh and hot, and the store was clean. Quick service even during the busy morning rush. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to.

I came to this store with my friend on Saturday. I don’t know who was that person but I assume it was the manager. I got two coffees and couple of other things. I had a bad experience at this store, the manager was using gloves to cash me out and handed me out coffee with the same gloves that she used to make food. I am Muslim and I could smell bacon on my cash. The cups were bad and buttery. This is a basic thing that a Tim Hortons manager should know about. A huge mistake and irresponsible behaviour. I can take this to the management or higher authorities if I want to. STOP DOING SUCH STUPID THING! Disgusting people!

The best Tim Hortons locations in Oshawa with amazing people behind the counters. This place has a vibe, and the people serving here are extremely friendly & welcoming.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at Tim Hortons.
I’ve been through this location’s drive-thru a couple of times, and both visits were disappointing. The first time, they gave me a burnt bagel, and the French Vanilla didn’t taste like it usually does—it was completely off. On my second visit, they handed me a damaged cup. Really poor quality and attention to detail. Won’t be returning to this location.
