I was running late for work on Friday and had already gotten the wrong coffee from a different location. I pulled into this locationās drive-thru, and the team here was incredibly quick and kind. The manager was wearing glasses, though I didnāt catch her name, she replaced my drink for free. She was so nice and truly went above and beyond. I couldnāt thank her properly because I was in a rush, but she genuinely made my day. Thanks to you and your team. The little gestures can sometimes make big and good impact. I felt so much better after getting my drink :)
