The state of the bathroom is enough to make it all a 0. You could be super friendly and give me good tasting food. Just for me to find cockroaches and wizz all over the bathroom.

If you are hungry and in a hurry, please don't go to this place. You will be disappointed by their service. I recently had to go through drive through, I was little bit in a hurry and to my surprise they missed one of my items. I came back for that, and they were like, "Can I have your receipt?". To my surprise, I remember taking a receipt. When I showed them my receipt, they gave the missing item. When I started to eat, the food was like rock solid, probably made in the morning.
Please don't go to this place.

If i could give this place a zero star i would! This timmies used to be quick but recently (pass month) it has been going downhill and fast! It can take up to 20 minutes to get a single coffee from the drive true! It is ridiculous! The amount of food they serve now makes it impossible for employees to serve someone in a timetable fashion. I have been to other timmies in the area and to my perspective its managed perfectly! Just a suggestion... if someone in the drive true order food that exceeds 15$ or will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to be ready other timmies now ask people to come in the restaurant or park somewhere so an employee can run out there order that way it doesn't back up the drive true.

Also the language barrier from some employees makes it very hard to place an order and actually get what you ask for!

Im unsure if there a new manager or owner but I know for sure this isn't the timmies I used to love to go to.

At night is even worse open 24 hrs and operates with minimal staff which again backlogs the drive true!

Employees are often grumpy and rude! And I honestly don't blame them i would be as well if I worked in that zoo!

Best of luck trying to shape this timmies from what I see right now it's nothing but a hot mess!

Yo it’s my back to back day that they have given me steeped tea which is not hot as you know the weather is cold outside that’s why I order hot steep tea but. It’s ok plz from next time see this things.. don’t wanna put your rating down but if next time same thing happens I will surely. Just kidding have a nice day guys.

I am done coming to this location. They always just throw your donuts in a bag together without wax paped divider. Wich means if you don't eat them right away they stick together or to the bag and they are ruined. Why don't they just do it the right way all the time! That should be standard or put them in a box. Not to mention this store always run out of certain donuts. Before a certain time I would think they would make more? Constant little things like this add up to, I'll go somwhere else.

I had a much more positive experience here compared to 251 Ritson Rd. North. From the moment I arrived, I sensed a cozier atmosphere that truly enhances the overall experience. The staff were welcoming and ensured I received my order with a smile. Despite this location being slightly further from my home, I won’t be returning to 251 Ritson. This is where I’ll be coming from now on, despite the fruit flies in dine area. Thank you for the excellent service. And, f.y.i. this location uses honey! Compared to other franchised locations. 🤔 💭 Go baker! Look how full and appetizing the display is. 😍
I'm going to assume that I met the supervisor/manager this morning. This person was attentive and very nice. It was a pleasure. Its funny how things change real fast though. The next day, Saturday morning 5am, late open, I was told to wait ✋️ a few minutes and then ignored. I now am still waiting and it is 5:10am. I feel extremely sad and uncomfortable 😕. I want a coffee but I don't want to go in. All he had to do was talk to me rather then shut the door in my face and choose to ignore me. I'm changing my star rating now. You would be surprised what communication can accomplish. Good luck to that man. It is now 5:24am. I've decided to go back to 251. That says a lot!

Seeing this man today is very distressing and uncomfortable

I am experiencing another delayed opening, and this time 5:15am. I have a clearer understanding of the circumstances. The staffing shortages are significant, and I recognize the importance of communication and honesty as we navigate this situation. Thank you. Heading to 251 for 6am. It's cold out.

What is most disheartening is watching people drive away with their products, knowing that someone who can't afford a vehicle can not have what is also entitled to them. This is Canada 🇨🇦

It's distressing that one needs to call the location to see if they are scheduled to open on time this day. Considering being turned away on several occasions.1

Calling out a specific drive-thru employee here for exceptional customer service. Thank you to Kim, who always serves me so cheerfully at 4:00 in the morning and who went above and beyond for me today. You made me feel like more than just an anonymous face at the window. Made my day.😁

I don’t recommend this Tim Hortons at all horrible experience that one punjabi girl was so rude our food was cold and disgusting why your guys don’t keep an eye on such staff they should be instantly fired worst experience ever this location should be closed

The last 2 times I've been there have been disappointing....(took pictures both times) this location used to be great, but I guess they hire people who don't care and give away burnt bagels to people who work hard for their money. It's not even edible this time.. never again .

Used to work here and can fully say this Tim Hortons has went completely downhill, dine-in or drive-thru used to have fast service, great atmosphere and overall great employees. Now, the entire staff is full of NEW employees that are rude, passive and are NOT knowledgeable to the items on the menu (how does that even work?)… they get mad and rude with customers because they didn’t know certain things went on certain sandwiches… not to mention the evening shift tends to hide in the back during line-ups. (There are 3 younger boys in the evening that are amazing but anyone else that work alongside them, hides and leaves them to do ALL the chores + drive thru/dine in. Sad to see)
Another extremely disgusting characteristic, this time for management — I had a manager say they were going to hire me back for a total of 11 weeks, constantly saying things like “call me in 2 weeks and we’ll move forward” or “yes I have a position available, give me a week to get the schedule in order” - then radio silence and an apology when I persisted
Overall, just sad. I go here once a day at least and regardless of the amount I spend it’s just sad to see such a popular Tim Hortons be in such disarray.
