I usually come to this location as it was the last GOOD location in Oshawa, however in the last week their coffee has tasted horrible and definitely does not look consistent….I guess this is the last of my Tim’s trips

I was running late for work on Friday and had already gotten the wrong coffee from a different location. I pulled into this location’s drive-thru, and the team here was incredibly quick and kind. The manager was wearing glasses, though I didn’t catch her name, she replaced my drink for free. She was so nice and truly went above and beyond. I couldn’t thank her properly because I was in a rush, but she genuinely made my day. Thanks to you and your team. The little gestures can sometimes make big and good impact. I felt so much better after getting my drink :)
