I was running late for work on Friday and had already gotten the wrong coffee from a different location. I pulled into this location’s drive-thru, and the team here was incredibly quick and kind. The manager was wearing glasses, though I didn’t catch her name, she replaced my drink for free. She was so nice and truly went above and beyond. I usually come to this Tim Hortons because it’s conveniently located near my place. However, my recent experience was disappointing due to the poor customer service I received. In particular, the staff member named Shazia displayed an unprofessional attitude and behavior that was far from customer-friendly. I truly value good service and would appreciate it if management could address this issue to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.
