I've been going here every morning for the last several weeks since it's close to the 401 on ramp. Every day I get a drink that is 3/4 full, AT BEST. Sometimes it's only half full. It's insane that they scam people to this extent at Tim Hortons these days. I can confidently call it an intentional scam at this point since it's every single day for weeks. Not a single time have I gotten a drink that even approaches a full cup.

There's a coffee time across the street and a McDonalds around the corner. If you want something special, The Bakers Table is also just down the street. I realized this when this Tim Hortons location became a place that really grossed me out with its terrible customer service, unhygienic food preparation and filthy eating area.

Very disappointed with this Tim Hortons. They take way too long to serve customers — the line is always slow and there are many people waiting. The food quality is not good either. Needs better service and faster preparation.

This Location is the BEST!! Drive Thru is very fast, everyone is so friendly, orders are always correct. Tammy and Melanie are phenomenal management. It reflects in how great the staff are. The atmosphere is very positive and welcoming.
