Manager is rude and inconsiderate. She allows the homeless to use the inside lounge as their living room but locks the washroom to paying customers so that you have to wait in line to use the washroom. ??

Got my whole order wrong and charged me for extra on my sandwichs and didn't even get what I asked for, I asked for 2 simple sausage with cheese and chipotle sauce and didn't get either or on both of my sandwichs

$3 for a bottle of coke, and you can’t even refrigerate it? This is the third time this has happened to me at this location. Just went through with my husband and I heard the employee call out “can you grab me a bottle of coke from the fridge” yet it feels like it just came from a case in a store! They throw everything at you so fast and are yelling next in your face, that by the time you realize it’s warm, you’re already out of the drive thru and would need to wait behind 10 cars just to get what should’ve been a cold beverage from the start. Don’t sell bottled drinks if you can’t take 1 minute out of the day to refrigerate them.

Staff are great, but the fact that I ordered a bagel belt and a charge of 30 cents was added because I asked for mayo instead of butter is enough that I'll never go back. I've never experienced this at any tim hortons location, and when you start charging for basic condiments on a nearly $10 bagel, you lose me. I'm as petty as the owner is greedy. I aborted my order and left. Get real

Felt discrimination towards the treatment. We were driving Toronto to Montreal and required serious toilet break, drove almost 5kms extra to arrive in time to use washroom and buy some food but thery were closed at 10:45 and brittany just refused to help said she cant open because of security risk even of there was a closing time of the 11:00PM. Why upload hours if you can’t work as per that.

The food was served really fast but I didn’t get what I ask for . The don’t really listen what people ask for but the only care to rush and go next customer . I am not happy at all . The employees needs to understand that customer sastifation is priority.

Stop rushing to served fast what is the point if you are not sastified for what are you paying.
