Very rude cashier. Ordered assorted Donuts. 6 different donuts. She gave same donuts 2 of them. When I asked said this is assorted and that’s all they have now. The way she answered and talked was very rude and unprofessional.

The best tims in the city! Everyone who complains is self centered and clearly can’t understand the ups and downs of a busy work place! Food is always good and has excellent drive thru times, I live closer to a different time Hortons but go out of my way just to get to this one! Always on top of cleanliness and if there’s a mess it’s resolved fast! Melanie and all her staff are also the greatest!
Loveeeee this timmies!! Melanie is my favourite hands down. She keeps everyone happy and keeps things running exactly how they should be! That lady has been working her life away! She deserves more. Always great service, my orders have never been messed up ever!

Absolutely disgusting in how dirty this place is. Washrooms were revolting. Hand and finger prints all over doors and windows and floor is dirty. Outside also looks horrible. Tiny drive through. If it’s the badly maintained, what is the food preparation like on the back? Ewww.
