We are the luckiest employees ever we have the best Tim Hortons people and the night shift doesn’t run at all without Tim’s Natalie and Krista rock please never get rid of them always the best smiles, helpful Hand very efficient thanks again as always girls you make our night shifts rock
Whoever keeps yelling out people's names is doing so unnecessarily loud in a HOSPITAL! You can hear them outside and around the corner near the pharmacy!!!! Tone it down with the excessively loud Romper Room calling of names!! People waiting out here are with people getting stressful medical treatment.
Please have a different attitude when serving the public. You do many training videos on how to operate at a Tims even if you work 3rd party at the hospital. Tims standards and policies still apply regardless. Anyways, Judy needs to re take her training videos on how to treat customers. Very ignorant and rude!!! There's a couple more there that aren't the friendliest and need to know how to speak to customers. But Judy stands out like a sore thumb with her attitude.
This locations' staff are always friendly, smiling and quick with joke...especially Judy. They make the day! 👌🤞

Other than a recent lack of toasting ability, burned out heating element as I understand it, I've never ever had a regretable experience at Timmies LH...love seeing all of you every day.

Staff was so rude for no reason, especially the 400lbs supervisor. They just threw my order down and did not call my number or name to let me know it was ready. Then had the audacity to get angry and ask me why I was still waiting.
I got my order nice and quick, staff was friendly. The sparkling blackberry yuzu I had was delightful, I dont drink coffee but the Double Double I gave to my mum when she picked me up, according to her was delicious and made her wish she had asked for a large instead of the medium.
I was recently visiting a family member in the hospital. The food was the perfect piece of our daily routine, our family appreciated the great service and will come back.
Quite the rudest server on order desk I have ever experienced!
Unfortunately did not wear a name tag but was on duty at 12.30pm Monday Mar 24th!
What a shame ignorant staff ruin an otherwise normally good fast food outlet..

Horrible Tim Hortons, I ordered what I always get nearly every day from other locations the cashier told me I couldn’t make it a meal and charged me for everything separately when I get it as a meal everywhere else… also when I got my blt there was no mayo on it and when I asked for some she said it was my fault for not asking for it on my blt ? Again anywhere else they would just put it on. And they put like two small pieces of bacon such a rip off

I ordered a pastry and on the sign it says it comes warmed. They refused to warm it in the toaster for me even though I didn’t care if it got a bit burned. Every other time Hortons will do that for me but this one. They said their management won’t let them, which I think is absurd if that’s what the customer wants. Shame I got a cold pastry.
