I just have to say thank you thank you for the wonderful girl last night Kathy , even though it was 7pm and she was shutting the window to close up for the night she let me order my 3 drinks , and even chatted with us about all the snow and then even served a guy who came up behind us . This Tim Hortons is NEVER open. 830am on a Monday morning- closed. Seriously? Surely you see that you could be actually making money from passengers waiting for their trains and on arrival. What poor management makes these kind of decisions.

Since they changed the staffing it’s not great. You wait unnecessarily . There is a guy working who has no disregard for people time. He will chat with some ladies for 5min. While the whole line waits. At times I can’t get my coffee - what used to be an in and out transaction. Now it takes forever.

There was a really nice lady serving me cindy i was deciding on my order she was giving me my time while being kind and efficient. My only commentairy is that there was this lady behind me screaming at me and i would like to say cindy really handleld her self professionally with kindness so im leaving this good review also the person making my order brooklyne she was really kind she hade a nice smile made sure i hade everything i needed she was also efficient even if there was a line she was able to get things moving in a timely manner she is definelty someone you want working for you consider me impressed

I get breakfast here everyday when I catch Gotrain ! But recently I found 1-2 staffs ( they are old employees )attitude are horrible depends on their mood , they are not nice to other staffs either sometimes. . I come to get my breakfast to support business and not deal with ur rude attitude! It’s not happen once. ! If you are not friendly to customers. U shouldn’t work here ! ( but some staffs are super nice all the time ) or maybe I should go other Tim Hortons instead ! 😀
While the ordering takes places outside, the nice attitude of the employees completely make up for it. It was the best hibiscus sparkling drink my husband has ever had and the coffee was delicious.

Guy at order counter is quite ignorant no empathy when he took order wrong. The coffee was cold. Counter window the large lady claimed it was fresh when I clearly saw her use the last pot with less than quarter coffee which was probably sitting all day. Want my money back.
