I had placed a mobile order, just arrived at the mobile counter since a blond tall lady was inside, looked busy I gave them a min to come to counter rather than being demanding calling out my order number. Bigger blonde Lady who runs the cash is loud, rude and clearly hates her job. We watched customers leave when she was nasty to them rather than giving their business to them. Ordered a drink found HUMAN HAIR in it from the worker. (Matched the hair color to the employee making the orders) Nearly tossed my cookies. Had it replaced at another location. Have had human hair in my purchases from Timmie’s twice now. Never purchase at this location , looking for a new coffee shop that doesn’t serve human hair in its food.

The staff are amazing and literally the quickest I have ever seen in a fast food establishment. The products are meh, cause it’s Timmie’s and what do you expect, but wow. So impressed at the staffs efficiency and how they were so friendly even though there was a line up of like 10 people. I will note on their speed that the line of people waiting for their food/drinks was basically non existent as it seemed people got their order pretty well right after they ordered. I’ve never seen anything like that before.
This is probably my favorite tim horton's. The coffee is always good.It always tastes good.It doesn't taste stale or like it's been sitting there for a while. But most of all, it's the customer service.I enjoy the most. Everybody's so friendly when we come up there, everybody smiles says have a good day.It's really nice. I give them all so much credit.Because people come to that tim's in a hurry to catch the train.That leaves in two minutes and expect these people to bend over backwards while they're in a hurry. But yet they do, and they try their very best. Five star all the way in my book.
