I want to start by saying the staff at this Tim Hortons are genuinely kind and polite, and customer service has always been pleasant. However, there is one practice that I found concerning from a hygiene perspective.
The paper napkins are being folded by hand before being placed out for customers. While this may be intended to look neat, it raises a sanitation issue. Napkins are used near our mouths and faces, and there is no way to guarantee that every person handling them has perfectly clean hands at all times. Even with good intentions, this increases the risk of contamination.
For food safety and hygiene reasons, napkins should be left unfolded or dispensed in a way that minimizes direct hand contact. This would be a simple change that helps protect customers and aligns better with basic public health practices.
I hope management can consider adjusting this process, as it would greatly improve hygiene while maintaining the positive experience created by the friendly staff.

Ordered through drive through. My food was incorrect they didn’t put the toppings I asked for but charged me for it. My mom ordered a coffee DD but we were given a lukewarm tea. My French vanilla with chai tea WAS NOT a French vanilla at all. It was bitter and disgusting. Definitely don’t drivrthru

This morning at 5:40am i was served a large iced coffee with milk that was clearly expired. I chalked the initial sourness up to just being stale coffee... i needed caffeine so i tolerated it...until i got a mouthful of chunky milk TOWARDS THE END OF THE CUP. my stomach is in shambles right now. whoever served me curdled milk you will rue the day.
