This Tim Hortons has turned to complete garbage in the last year. I’ve held back from writing reviews because I feel like it goes no where. But here I am finally.

Last week I ordered a turkey sandwich ADD cheddar cheese.
I ensured about the cheese a total of four times. Especially considering when he repeated my order at speaker he didn’t mention the cheese. So I repeated a fourth time. I paid the money and drove home.

When I got home there was no cheese.

When I had time an hour later I returned to Tim Hortons, gave them the Sandwich and asked for a refund. I got my refund

A week later I return. I want the turkey sandwich add cheddar cheese. I ask for it double toasted.

When I get the sandwich I notice it’s not even warm to touch. I repeated I asked for this double toasted. So they remake it and I am on my way.

Again, I get home. No cheese.

I am absolutely beyond tired of this establishment. It’s not only this location it’s Tim Hortons as a whole. They are way too concerned with line times and getting people out of the drive through way more than actual customer service.

Will be returning shortly for another refund.

This store has room for improvement in almost every area of service before it can reach the basic levels expected from Tim Hortons! I did everything, similar to what I've done at other Tim Hortons in the past, for a big order: phoned ahead to ensure that the items were available and would be ready when I arrived. I had the exact opposite experience as the items were not ready and I had to leave and return to allow time for preparation. This, coupled with the inconvenience of road construction, caused so much delay that I was late for a function. In addition, the quality of food left much to be desired. The coffee tasted watered down and absolutely not to the normal standard! Customer service leaves a lot to be desired as well. There seemed to be a preoccupation with phone orders and less focus on attending to basic customer needs. This store felt very disorganized! Not a location that I will visit again!

Extremely poor service .even they give wrong order to me .I dint realize until I taste it as I have ordered for my daughter .so when I went to one of your associate he showed unnecessary attitude.

Without a doubt, this is the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever visited. From the moment I walked in, everything was on point—the food, the service, the speed, and especially the atmosphere. I ordered their new Supreme Stacked Sandwich (which I highly recommend), and it was prepared quickly and tasted phenomenal—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made.

What truly sets this location apart, though, is the staff. I was greeted with a warm, sincere smile and felt genuinely valued as a customer throughout my visit. The team works with such positivity and energy that it completely elevates the experience. You can tell they take pride in what they do and actually enjoy being there.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Kim, who went above and beyond—friendly, professional, and kind. She smiled, made me feel welcome, and wished me a wonderful day with such sincerity that it stuck with me.

It’s rare to find this level of care and quality in fast food, but this location nails it. I’ll absolutely be coming back regularly—and recommending it to everyone I know.

Love the customer service! Asked me a question, proceeds to put his hand in my face and tell me to shut it. Then continues minutes later like nothing happened. I called him out for it, laughed at my face. No idea who the employee was but he was wearing “leader” shirt.

Drive through was super quick this morning despite it being rush hour. I think it was the manager, Kyle (he was dressed different) who was on the floor helping and keeping the friendly fast flow! You don’t see that too often anymore! Will be back 😁👍
