I had a terrible experience at Tim Hortons recently. The store was completely empty, yet I was served a coffee that was literally only half a cup. When I politely pointed it out, the staff were rude and dismissive. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when the store isn’t busy. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

And also it’s not the first time this is happening. It happened before with the same guy on the cash

This location serves the worst coffee I ever had multiple times. They just ruined my mornings multiple times with coffees that doesn't taste great or as made at other locations. Leaving my review here right after my first sip and the bad customer service.

+ worse customer service. If you have few more mins. Just drive to another location and a get coffee for yourself.

Ordered two drinks and a brownie at the drive thru, when I got to the cash I asked the person if he didn’t mind giving me change for a $5 but I would be paying for my order with my card. He looked at me like I was from outer space and said “no, we don’t do that” I asked if he understood me because it seemed like a language barrier. He just kept looking at me not saying a word. I repeated myself. He then asked FOUR other people to come see what I wanted. Until finally the FIFTH person understood what I needed and said sure. Just unbelievably sad customer service. I think a better job at training and quite frankly language skills are a must if working at the cash/window. It shouldn’t take 10 minutes and five individuals to give me change and let me pay for my order.

I ordered the Roasted Red Pepper and Swiss pinwheel and took a bite, only to find raw dough in the middle. When I told the supervisor on duty, instead of handling the situation professionally, he berated me and insisted the pinwheel was fully cooked—even after I showed him the raw dough. This is not only unacceptable but also disrespectful. If a customer is pointing out raw food and literally showing it to you, it’s clearly raw. Don’t argue, gaslight, or dismiss them. This kind of customer service is appalling, and I’ll never be back. Do yourself a favor and don’t order the pinwheels unless you enjoy eating raw dough.

Unfortunately this location failed me at many times I've been there.

To start, the drive thru is painfully slow and oftentimes, my order is wrong. One simple coffee and wrap for me took almost 10 minutes when I placed my order 10 minutes ago at the drive thru...

The restaurant is clean but the service is slow and no requests ever get done...

Ordered a wrap, after paying and waiting I was called to stay we don't have the wrap; ok I'll get the sandwich, after 2 minutes, sorry no turkey... I said what do you have? BLT club. Ok I'll get it and then they said they said no bread!

Seriously... If you can't do your service and your manager keeps apologizing all the time, what's the reason to come here?

I will never visit this location ever and I'm absolutely sad because of what happened to the lovely Tim's...

Worst service ever. Every time I come here I get disrespect and my order wrong. Either they need to hire new employees or close this location down. I don’t think it is rocket science making a coffee and a bagel correctly. I wish I could give zero stars

We suppost to order Buffalo crunchy chicken but they said no rice. Then we order chicken noodle soup they said they have after a while a girl said from the back they dont have chicken then the guy on the cashier went at the back then came back saying they have chicken. We got this chicken soup without chicken. What is going on with this Tims.

People are getting hooked up with food and I'm always being served after people who've ordered AFTER me... why should I ask for my food when it should be in the system. This place is SLACK! Food mediocre. And its a pig sty!! 😑😞

Dec 2024 Update: 15 mins for a single medium ice capp... and STILL getting served after at least 5 people ordered, after me! They have no proper ticketing system and if they do, they have bad organizational skills.

Best Tim Hortons I've visited in a long time in Durham region. Jacob was amazing in customer service and had everything under control. Definitely did not feel understaffed and everyone was extremely polite. Really felt like the good old days of Tim hortons.

This seems to be not a well run Tim Hortons. Mobile order experience is hit and miss, they have a mobile order board that is blank so you assume there’s a problem with your order and staff keep doing their thing.

Vegetarians served with bacon stuck on food. Took a drive through order and come home to find bacon stuck on food. All went to thrash. Tim Hortons customer care is pathetic and neither apologetic.
