Today they closed early at 3pm due to “staffing issues” I was standing there at 3:02 waiting to get served and the lady working said “sorry we are closed” and I said “okay but I can’t even get a muffin?” And rudely she said “nope” and turned her head and continued writing on her clipboard. Seriously it would have taken her 30 seconds to grab the muffin and cash me out. She was very rude and her customers service was horrible!! Clearly there is a staffing issue, they should also look for nicer employees too.

I was at this location at 5:40pm and the sign says closes at 6. The Tim Hortons was closed. Poor customer service and false advertising.

The coffee was amazing ! During this visit they did not have dark roast so I just had the regular coffee and my god it was so perfect. Then I had a Nutella croissant and the pastry had such a fabulous crunch. I go to this Tim Hortons everyday after work and there is this really nice man there who remembers my order. I feel so valued as a Tim Hortons customer to have someone take the time to literally remember my order and my face to match the order every time. I wanted to personally thank the entire Tim Hortons team for the hard work that they do as it is very apparent when I walk through the doors. Wow !
Manager or senior staff. Help the one guy at the counter trying to make all food and serve customers while you sit in back office in sight. Totally unfair
