I come to this Tim Hortons specifically because of the employees. I always enjoy talking with them because they make my morning that much more special. The company I work for usually puts in a really big order and they get it right every time !! They are all very fast when completing the orders as well. ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES DESERVE A RAISE !!

I enjoyed dining at this timi Horton for the first time today, thanks to Simran's exceptional kindness and friendliness, which made our experience truly memorable. My children loved the donuts,timbits,french vanilla and of course my coffee.Thank you for providing outstanding service and made my kids day we will certainly return and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking excellent hospitality.

Today they closed early at 3pm due to “staffing issues” I was standing there at 3:02 waiting to get served and the lady working said “sorry we are closed” and I said “okay but I can’t even get a muffin?” And rudely she said “nope” and turned her head and continued writing on her clipboard. Seriously it would have taken her 30 seconds to grab the muffin and cash me out. She was very rude and her customers service was horrible!! Clearly there is a staffing issue, they should also look for nicer employees too.
